Lovely hotel. Excellent location and service. Great in-room dining offer.
Breakfast could be better, though.
The buffet breakfast did not have the quality of ingredients nor the variety one would expect from
a 5-star hotel.
Although I had breakfast included in my rate, they charge extra for drinks or any warm dishes prepared for you.
With the improvement of breakfast this could be a perfect stay.

Worst hotel experience of my life. It was 3-4°C outside, and my room felt the same. The AC was blowing cold air, and despite two visits from the engineering team, they just told me to wait. After 2.5 hours of freezing in my room until 11 PM, I had enough- especially since I had early meetings the next day and desperately needed sleep.

Their first attempt at resolving the issue? A cup of hot tea. Seriously. I refused and told them I was checking out immediately. Only then did they offer me another room, where I had to spend the night with two radiators just to stay warm.

It has now been almost 10 days, and thanks to this disaster, I still haven’t recovered from my sickness. Never again Four Seasons, anywhere in the world. I kept questioning myself—why didn’t I just go for Peninsula?

The only aspect that grated on me was you are charged for absolutely everything! The tv had a poor selection but it was extra for movies.
Room service - pay for the meal. Fine. But also to be charged for room service seemed rather penny pinching. All so gorgeous but wish it didn’t feel like a cash cow 🐄💰💸

One of the finest 5-star hotels in the heart of the city! The ambience is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their dedication to providing outstanding service around the clock truly sets them apart.

The Four Seasons at Tower Bridge is an incredible and elegant hotel. We recently visited and stayed for two nights. From first arrival the doormen and concierge took great care to get us settled and reception was very professional. The room was beautiful and perfectly comfortable. On our checking out our concierge Istvan was very helpful in getting our luggage to our next stop. Highly recommended!!
