I recently gave this hotel a second chance after a disappointing first experience, and I’m glad I did. My initial visit was far from satisfactory, but after some changes were made, my second stay was completely different. The service improved significantly, the atmosphere was much more welcoming, and the overall experience was wonderful. Everything from cleanliness to hospitality exceeded my expectations this time. It truly felt like a different hotel, and I appreciate the effort that went into making things better. I would now highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had the most AMAZING stay at this luxury hotel. The staff were so warm and welcoming and answered all my questions - they definitely made you feel like a VIP. I truly felt looked after everyone from the greeters and front desk to the valet. They were so considerate and mindful of the construction noise outside - very much appreciated the upgrade! The room still had the fresh and new smell, fabulous modern Asian decor, LOVED the heated bathroom flooring, bidets, and plush towels. The shower head was the perfect amount of pressure. It made me never want to leave my room! Housekeeping also did a WONDERFUL job ensuring everything looked fresh everyday. The spa was also DELIGHTFUL and a real treat - spacious and gave a feeling of exclusivity. This hotel literally thought of everything to provide the most luxurious experience. The avocado toast for breakfast was DELICIOUS and presented so elegantly. The location is unbeatable as it is in close proximity to multiple tube lines. Definitely a hidden gem and would 100% stay again. My dad and I already miss this property and I look forward to my next stay!

Great stay! Absolutely loved  every detail of this hotel. Staff is amazing, very thoughtful and accommodative. Great hotel, I’d say even better than Four seasons that I stayed previously. Amenities are perfect. Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed!

Definitely a top notch hotel in a top notch location 5min to Regent Street and 5min to Bond Street, perfect for shoppers but also restaurants, bars and clubs.
Experience was seamless. From valet parking to concierge and front desk, nothing to fault. The spa is stunning and the treatment was good. Rooms are spacious and modern. Their restaurants stunning in interior and the roof top bar very exclusive.
Bonus was their gym with a reform Pilates station.
It's not necessary very kids friendly, but an absolut gem for couples or solo trips.
