An overall fantastic place to stay in London. Location is great. It is walking distance to a couple different tube stations. If you happen to get a room with a view of Trafalgar Square, then all the better. We had a room facing the back and just construction, but didn't bother us much as we're not in the rooms that often anyway. Service is also wonderful. All employees were professional and friendly. We only ate the breakfast option there a few times during our stay, but it's got enough options at breakfast to keep people satisfied for a multi-day stay. Only reason I'd give rooms four stars is because it did get quite warm at night even with the AC on the coolest setting. We stayed during the first week of March, so it wasn't hot outside. We would need to sleep with just the thin sheet over us and kick off the rest of the bedding to not overheat and start sweating. During our week-long stay, the warmth in the room woke me up two or three of the nights but the other nights it wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend staying at this location, if it is within your budget.

What a delightful and special hotel! I had a last minute, one-night trip to London that had me flying in from the west coast of the US for an evening event at Canada House in Trafalgar Square. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional.
This beautifully renovated property is in an excellent location and was conveniently located for my needs.
Lidia, the guest relations manager, escorted me to my upgraded room that had beautiful views of Canada House and Trafalgar Square. I was selected as “guest of the day” and received thoughtful gifts including chocolates and drinks at the bar. I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with Eric, the warm and welcoming bar tender.
The room was well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The amenities are top quality and include Molton Brown toiletries and Nespresso coffee.
I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to London.

We had a wonderful stay at The Trafalgar St. James, and we truly appreciate all the effort that went into making our experience so special.

A special thank you to Lidia & Elias for  arranging my niece’s birthday surprise—she absolutely loved it, and the chocolates arranged with room decorations were a delightful touch! It made her celebration even more memorable.

Great stay at Trafalgar St. James! The service was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the rooftop bar had stunning views. Plus, the prices were reasonable for the quality and location. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at The Trafalgar St. James. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal—central, with easy access to key attractions, yet our room was quiet despite the busy area.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety, all fresh and tasty (excellent sausages, the acid test of a hotel breakfast!)

The combination of great service, location, and comfort made it a great choice for our trip.
