My suitcase was stolen in this building,and the manager Erica SulClaire told me off, she blamed me that I put my suitcase in front of my door after this happened. Also she said “I believe the team members have spent considerable amount of time looking for your suitcase which was located. Staff members had done an amazing job looking for it, however this meant that the time they have spent to look for you suitcase has taken them away from their duties which meant extra pressure on them to finish their daily tasks”. after this happens,they blocked my resident account system. I guess she didn’t want me report her to the company.

The building itself is very good it offers security for 24hours. However I shared this story on social media, and other residents got in touch with me to share their stories of having their belongings stolen as well. I totally regret I didn’t call the police straight away. Don’t come to stay in this building even the manager was so rude. I expected  a much  better service?

Very modern new build development with a very high quality of finish - however you can hear the loud noise from the nearby rail track in most/all of the flats in this building (especially the ones on a lower floor). The trains run from 05:00 to at least 00:30 so it is very hard to get any sleep if you end up living here - we did not get any sleep at all

London’s worst building, DO NOT MOVE THERE. The building is right next to a faulty and extremely noisy railway (loud banging stemming from the rail points). Unfortunately the bedrooms have no wall (only glass windows) - whilst very aesthetic this doesn’t stop the noise. We couldn’t sleep at night, nor could our neighbours (everyone on our floor admitted they couldn’t sleep
at night). We managed to get out of the lease but some of our neighbours bought their flat and have no other option but to sell or rent out…

Rude receptionist. I came to visit someone on June 16 at 00:20 approx. I came to the entrance and since the apartment I was calling didn't answer I looked at the receptionist he buzzed me in. I didn't know the door was automatic so when I started pulling it he looked at me in a rude manner and told me to stop. When I entered I was keeping my stuff on the reception counter to which he said "we don't allow to keep things there" in a rude tone. I mean at least say please. I can't believe how rude people can be even in such a  decent place.
