Bardo gave us a slice of Italian heaven! The service was so attentive and professional, the live music serenaded us throughout the meal, making it feel like we were in a scene from a romantic movie. Their wine list was spectacular—so much so, I may have considered taking out a second mortgage. And the food? Let’s just say, 'divine' doesn't quite capture the magic on our taste buds.

We ordered an assortment of pinsa (long pizza) and pasta mains - Jesus were they tasty… please order the truffle pasta if you come here, you won’t be disappointed.

One thing I would encourage the management to think about is the extra tip suggested for customers. The restaurant is high end with high end prices and being asked to pay 20% service and then for a “complimentary tip” feels unnatural and odd, especially when the waiter said the tips go to them. does the service charge not go to them? I thought that was the point?

We went for pre-theatre menu and were therefore too early to enjoy the live music (from 7pm).  Next time we will book a later table!  Food is delicious and beautiful. Service is impeccable - friendly and efficient. My ONLY negative would be the high drinks prices! Apart from that, an amazing place for a meal- see you again!!

Bardo St James's, claimed to be the best Italian restaurant in London. The decor, inspired by the Italian Dolce Vita era, creates an elegant atmosphere with a large dining room, whisky tasting room, and walk-in wine cellar.
The service was professional though a bit formal. The food was seriously delicious. I believe the restaurant lives to its reputation. This is undoubtedly a destination to consider if you desire Italian cuisine in London.

Bardo has become one of my go-to places if I want to have a good time. The atmosphere is always amazing, with tasty food & cocktails and every-day live music at the main area as well as nice music and vibe at the lounge. What makes this place extra special and stand out from similar spots in Mayfair or around is the staff - friendly, helpful, and fun, they always make me feel like a friend. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent italian restaurant! I was really positively surprised by the high quality of the dishes! They offer also live music (charged 3,5£ per person) that contributes to the overall nice dining experience. I recommend the “agnolotti al plin”, they are made as good as the one in Turin!
