This was our second visit to this lovely property and even better than the first! It’s an ideal hotel for families, we had the family connecting rooms and having two bathrooms and separate space from the kiddos makes it feel like a vacation! They had fun touches for the kids that they enjoyed, the executive lounge is awesome with great hours and options, the location is easy to navigate to surrounding areas from, and the staff are so pleasant and kind! Can’t imagine coming to London and staying anywhere else, top notch!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days during our Christmas holiday. Check-in was so smooth and simple. The staff immediately offered us pies and champagne to start! They provided us with a lot of information about the area and dining services available at the hotel.

We tried both the executive lounge and the distillery for dinner. Both were absolutely lovely and delicious.

Our room was very big and the bathroom was equally the same. Our window was frosted due to the construction going on outside. I actually appreciated that touch so you didn’t have to stare out at an eye sore.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed. They regularly said hello and asked how our stay was going. They even left a little goodie bag for us on Christmas Eve!

Overall this is a beautiful place to stay, close to the metros and worth a return!

Friendly and competent staff. Well appointed breakfast. Rooms are maybe starting to show their age, but they were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was nice. Great location and 5 minute walk to blackfriars station.
Service was great- staff remember your name, and went out of their way whenever possible help.
Great concierge team as well.

We visited the spa and restaurant for the day. The hotel interior is really beautiful and clean. The staff are very friendly. Overall we had a very relaxed and pleasant visit. The spa was a perfect atmosphere, the only issue was that there were no sauna or hot tub facilities. Just a pool area with a kind “hot tub” with jets, although was luke warm. It would have been perfect if there were more facilities to use than just this. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments and the overall atmosphere, and the lunch service was great. Coumba made us the best iced tea we’ve ever had!

Me my sister and mum booked in the spa for Mother’s Day today. Staff Aditya ( spa reception) was exceptionally helpful and attended to all our needs. My mum was a bit hesitant to get her treatment done from a male but Shiv the therapist was absolutely wonderful. He made her feel so comfortable and welcoming. Would come back just for him and his talent. Thanks so much! Deffo be visiting in the future.
