Love seating here with views of the River Thames and probably one of the extensive gluten free menus we have found on our trip. Great spot for people watching especially after being at Borough Market and the Clink Prison Museum. Nice casual atmosphere.

Service was incredible and our server, perhaps the manager on duty, was friendly and helpful. Our expectation was low but it was surpassed. We were provided a large binder detailing all the food ingredients and what allergies may be included. It was fantastic! Food was great and came out quickly. We ordered the cheeky olives, pork and garlic meatballs, bruschetta and a gluten free pizza.

What's great is that Zizzi's has locations throughout and makes for an easy pit stop for gluten free options. Very much appreciated for the babe and his food allergies during our European vacation.

Gluten free pizza is available but will say, not the best that I've had. The service was a bit slow as well from taking our ordering to closing out the bill. The restaurant itself is in a nice area near the water but no outside seating and it is very warm inside.

The dining experience was interesting to say the least... 

When you walk up to the Zizzi storefront you have to turn a corner and follow signs that instruct you to use the lift or stairs to reach restaurant level. There are tables along the windows that have an excellent view of the River Thames, and the rest xan get a glimpse passed those tables at sine if the London skyline.

The food was actually tasty, and i would definitely recommend trying the Wagyu meatball pasta plate. it was some of the best pasta sauce and meatballs id ever tried. i would also consider doing the "3 courses for $26.95," saving you some money and giving you the opportunity to try more.

The drinks were delicious. I would recommend the tiramisu espresso martinis, or the Amalfi Sundown. And if you get a started either get the Garlic Bombe or the King Prawn Speidini.

There were some inconsistencies with this restaurant. firstly, we were asked at the door if we had any food allergies as if the menu wouldn't have a breakdown if ingredients (which it did). We were then provided a large allergy binder menu. The server never inquired about our allergies even with the giant binder. We also overheard each table get special instructions to use a QR table code to sign up for rewards and get free garlic bread. Every table was told this... except us. We also watched many tables receive complimentary "pasta crips," but we were never offered these. Two guests came in and tried to sit at a table by the window, but a host said "we reserve those tables for 4-tops." Not two minutes later another hostess walks through and seats a table of two at that very table. You should have seen the look on the original two guests face. 

All the plates and drinks were little works of art, and the flavors worked well together. Unfortunately, it was the inconsistencies that brought down our dining experience slightly.

Great food! Great view! Service was good. We had Bruschetta (amazing), Salmon and Avocado Salad and the Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza. All was delish!

I sat for 10 minutes with no one even taking my drink order while waiters just stood around. Nice view and menu looked good, but it's just a no for me.

Very tasty food, extremely friendly service. Nice casual environment. A great value as well for the middle of London! Loved it!

This spot is ok. Nothing to write home about, and really no reason to come back. It was an easy spot to do during a busy work lunch, but it was very forgettable. Too many other good spots to really make this worth a visit.

5 outta 5. If you want fantastic home style Italian comfort food this place for you. My wife and I came in close to closing after a long walk along the jubilee walkway. They very easily could have turned us around and told us that the kitchen was closed but they sat us anyway. All of the staff did a fantastic job and we cannot thank them enough. The decor was very warm and welcoming. We got this booth that had a low over hang and amazing view overlooking the river thanes. It was so intimate, we both loved it. 

When we come back to visit London we'll be having dinner here again. 

Thank you all that worked tonight to make our experience as amazing as it was.

Extremely slow service. Food took 40 minutes to come out. Waitress had to apologize. They didn't have our appetizer on the menu (didn't find out until 10 minutes after we ordered it...). They also didn't have any salads on the menu. They were out of 5 dishes and no one said anything.  App to order for your table didn't work. Fried calamari sauce tasted like mayonnaise. Would not recommend unless you want a drink with no food and decent views of the water

The restaurants location is superb. 
The food was delicious.

The price is reasonable. 
The only thing I didn't like was the cocktails , they look better than they taste.
