Stunning restaurant! Elegant with many beautiful and some traditional details. This review is specifically for a private event at Mei Ume with the most insane custom Chinese banquet menu ever. We FEASTED! And everything was really delicious, exquisitely prepared and presented. 

Starter bites - char siu pork, roasted duck, shrimp & octopus dim sum, xiao long bao. Everything was perfect. 

Mains - sweet and sour sea bass, slow braised pork belly, steamed lobster, abalone, braised noodles. Wow. That lobster was my favorite bite of the night and there was a generous amount of it. Pork belly just melted in your mouth. 

And then a dessert platter (English)! Mini merengue tarts, fruit sponge cake, and a chocolate choux. I ended up trying a little of everything and all were fantastic. 

Overall absolutely gorgeous meal, and one I'll be thinking about for a long time to come.

Very fine Asian cuisine. The dumplings were made with very delicate outer casing and were tasty inside. Superb miso tofu soup. Noodles were very good as was the salmon. Service was polished and friendly.

THEY GIVE YOU SO MUCH FOOD HERE. this review is long overdue. I visited for Christmas Eve dinner - super easy to make reservations for. They had various dinner sets to choose from. I highly recommend coming here if you are in a big group or a family or 5. For two of us, this was much too much. 

The set came with sushi, dim sum, edamame, duck, and 4 other shareable courses. We boxed so much of it to take back to our hotel. We somehow thought portion sizes would be smaller lol! Or we'd get to choose from the options. 

Service was attentive and quick.

One of the most high-quality sushi experiences I've had in London--very nice. The best thing there was the fatty tuna tamaki. The rice was a bit harder than I'm used to, but overall, the quality was great. I've had some of the best sushi back in LA, so I wasn't expecting this to be the best I've ever had, but for London, it was definitely very good. The atmosphere was also really nice--if you're looking for good, expensive sushi, this is a great spot to check out.

I dined here for a business dinner & everything was fantastic! The only dish I didn't like was the Peking duck, but all other food was great. The fried rice, dumplings & sushi were wonderful. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is located inside the four seasons hotel. Top notch food, service and ambiance. Favorite dishes : 
1. Peking duck - crispy skin and tender meat. 
2. assorted salmon sashimi - very fresh cuts
3. soup dumpling - perfection
4. Himachi Kama - grilled to perfection
5. Prawns - stir fried and tasted awesome

Exquisite service. Best peking duck in London. Ambiance is perfect. They made gluten free dim sum!

This is the biggest disappointment of our dinning experience in London.
Food is not even mediocre, I would say  the Chinese run Japanese restaurant can do a better job. 
Sashimi didn't cut right, fotomaki roll fell apart and the presentation is not impressive . We ordered wagyu fried rice, the waitress made a mess while mixing up the ingredients for us----it was blah . Hello? Don't Four Seasons train their staffs? 
The stars are for the service and ambiance . People are nice and we got a free bday dessert for my daughter, even though it's overly sweet. Don't know how did they get their Michelin 2 stars, we tried many Michelin restaurants around  the world, this one does hold a candle to any of the others. 
Should have gone to A Wong.

Amazing and delicious. One of the best meals I've ever had. Staff was friendly and efficient. Can't recommend this place highly enough. I would go again in a heartbeat. Even my 17 year old thought it was great.
