Quick service, healthy options, and decent portions. This place has my favorite porridges in London, the one with cashew milk, blueberries, honey, and seeds. It's healthy, just the right size to be filling, and gluten and dairy free (if you want). They have 3-4 porridge flavors available so you should be able to find something to suit your taste.

Other breakfast options include egg pots / bowls, but I haven't tried any of these yet.

For lunch/dinner, this place is also great to pick up a quick and healthy meal to go. Protein and rice options, wraps, etc. but minimal salad options if that's what you're after compared to other food establishments. I've tried the black bean stew with brown rice and it was hearty, warm and filling. It wasn't anything that I would be craving all the time but it was pretty decent.

Overall, good place with gluten free and other allergen-free options. They have a good range of protein and grain options -- I haven't tried a bunch of the savory options, but I love the porridge that I would definitely come here at least once a week for it!

Service is swift, go in, order, wrap is already made and you can pay and takeaway straight away.

I don't know why but I've never been to one of these even though my office was 15 min away from one for the past 6 years...I think I used to think it was a proper restaurant rather than a fast lunch outlet, which this branch obviously was!

Ordered the lamb kofte to takeaway. It was nice and warm and meaty when I got to it, but I must admit I did not like the sudden sourness of the pomegrenate inside. If I could get them to remove this - this would be my dream lunch.

Good place to pick up something quick. I got the green curry chicken with brown rice and salad. Not bad for boxed ready to go food.

I really wanted to like my egg bowl. I can't say I did. I ordered an egg cup/bowl with avocado. The avocado was really raw and tasted awful. The eggs were fine, but for over 3 pounds, I really felt like it was a waste of my time and food intake. It's a really nice location and there's definitely ample seating.
