Okay… This restaurant is a really good spot! Saturday Brunch today (2/15/25) featured good vibes, good bites, and good service.  The atmosphere was pretty inviting and not overbearing as far as the service went.  Brunch also looks more cost-effective than the price points within the dinner experience, but you still will get to experience a Michelin Star quality establishment.  Give Imperfecto a go ✅

I enjoyed every moment of my time at Imperfecto. The chefs table is intimate sitting you next to other diners in family atmosphere. The chef prepares the dishes right next to you and sports an open wood fire.The staff are true professional giving you detailed explanations of the dishes and and the countries that inspired them. Every bite was wonderful and you could not help but saver each and every dish. The cocktails were masterfully crafted and the wines complement the dishes perfectly. The restaurant deserves it star and is a place you will return for special occasions or a night out.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I found Imperfecto on Google as I was staying at the Yours Truly DC Hotel nearby …and I am SO glad I did!

I sat at the bar and met the nicest bartender I’ve ever met “Wilbert” (not sure if I am spelling correctly). He was so nice gave me the best advice, I also loved how knowledgeable and passionate he was about cocktails and the menu and he really understood what I was looking for. Cocktails were amazing, loved the food too and the kindest bartender! 10/10!

Whenever I come back to D.C., I will be back! I did not try the tasting menu but definitely considering for next time!

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and truly world-class. The highlight of the evening was the truffle lamb, which was beyond tender and bursting with rich, earthy flavors. Every bite melted in my mouth—an absolute masterpiece.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the chocobanana dessert arrived. The perfect balance of indulgent chocolate and sweet banana made for the ultimate finisher to an unforgettable meal.

This Michelin-starred gem exceeded all expectations. A must-visit for any food lover! Can’t wait to return.
