I now have had three batches of family stay at this location. The location can’t be beat if you are wanting to visit Calle Ocho and Brickell. However, the rooms and customer service leave something to be desired.
Be advised that this booking is better for groups of people who are not sensitive to noise and people coming and going at all times of the day. There is a code to enter the property and this keypad does not work all the time. I would say it doesn’t work the majority of the time. The inside customer service desk is not staffed 24/7 so this is a little worrisome as there is not someone always right there to open the door.
There was also a constant drip from the ceiling right above the toilet that was not fixed over a stay of four days. And of course when you are traveling, it’s hard to stay and wait around for the person to fix the problem. They were not very accommodating on this issue.
Overall, I would recommend this place for younger groups who may be more tolerant of noise and minimal in-person customer service. It may not be the best for parents.

My stay here was perfect!!! Just what I wanted! It was also easy on easy on my budget.  I'd recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a safe place to stay in Miami but easy to get to midtown.

I had prepaid for this hotel to stay one night for my birthday. Hotel is now apparently permanently closed, there is no way to get in contact with anyone, not through phone or email. They sent out an email 4 days before my stay claiming their closure and how there would be a full refund processed. So far no refunds or answers from anyone. Disappointed and upset because what an absolute scam!! was looking forward to stay.  and the worst part is there is NO WAY to get in contact with a single person. horrible company. save your money and time, I wouldn’t even bother booking in any of their other locations.

This place is super cute! Our room was spacious and clean. I love all of the details from the lamps to the shower head. Everything is super on brand for a place in little Havana. The bar on the roof is really good.

We were on the 2nd floor and could slightly hear the music at the bar, but it was slight enough that it was easy to ignore.

AMAZING hospitality and relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed our overall experience. The only downside: the light from the street was going through the curtains so we couldn’t have a proper sleep.
But we still recommend it if you want a convenient place near Miami!
