The place is pretty good they just take quite a bit even with a lot of people in the back. I got the pepperoni pretzel and it was very good.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPTS WHEN VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! Yesterday, I placed two separate orders--one for 2 pretzel dog and, shortly after, another for a large original lemonade ($3.39) and a cheese salsa dip ($1.39). Based on the prices listed both in-store and online, my second order should have totaled $5.50 after tax. Instead, I was charged $6.69, which raised a red flag. When I questioned the charge, the employee (a Middle Eastern woman) insisted she rang it up correctly and claimed the prices shown on the screens were outdated. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt until I looked at my rewards app screen and saw the prices on the mobil app are the same on the screen and checked out to see what my total would've been for the items I ordered in person... When I brought this up again before receiving my order, she called over a coworker and turned the screen around to "prove" she was correct. But it clearly showed she selected the wrong item the more expensive frozen lemonade, not what I ordered. Another employee (an African American woman) witnessed this and politely asked if I would like anything else. I said no, I just wanted it to be acknowledged that I saw what happened and what she has been doing. It may only be $1.19, but this is not about the money it's about principle. I overpaid for something I didn't get and this lady kept insisting she was correct. I wish I would've placed a large lemonade order online so I can prove that she's been overcharging people who get an original lemonade. And I can't help but wonder how many other customers this happens to who don't ask for receipts or double-check their charges. I will not be returning to this location. It's disappointing to feel taken advantage of, especially when a simple acknowledgment and correction could've resolved everything. I hope this is addressed so other customers aren't overcharged or misled.

Friendly staff but really slow service, even with 3-4 employees working. Was told I'd have to wait 5 minutes for an order that was already made, was just waiting on them to package it in a box. Sweets are excellent though in taste! Auntie Anne's + Cinnabon combined.

I just visited this location, and let me tell you--it was an absolute disaster. The worker at the front was the only decent part of the experience. Polite and friendly, sure, but that didn't make up for the complete mess going on behind the scenes. The two employees in the back? Completely useless. I came in craving a pretzel, and all they had was one sad, lonely, shriveled little pretzel sitting there like it had been abandoned hours ago. I asked for two mini pretzel dogs--pretty basic stuff--and ended up waiting ten whole minutes. And no, it wasn't busy. There was no line. There were no customers. The store was dead. So why the hell wasn't anything ready? Maybe if the back workers actually did their jobs instead of gossiping, they'd have something prepared. While I waited, I looked around, and the entire store was disgusting. It's already tiny, but they somehow managed to make it feel even more cramped and filthy. Both counters were covered in trash and crumbs, the condiment station was a joke--no ketchup, just mustard and some sad-looking straws. Zero care for presentation or cleanliness. Then came my order--finally--and the audacity? The mini pretzel dog cup was barely even filled. Like, what is this? I've been to other locations, and they actually give you a proper portion. This place? Looks like they just tossed in what they could find and called it a day. Massive empty space in the cup, barely any food. Total ripoff. This wasn't just a disappointing experience. It was straight-up insulting. Cheap, lazy, careless workers who clearly don't give a damn about the customer. I'll never be stepping foot in this dump again. (Haven't touched one of the mini dogs) Edit: I am currently eating them and one of them is completely RAWWW WTF. I AM SOOO PISSED.

Nothing is ever ready and you have to wait 20 minutes for a pretzel even though there's always 3-5 people working. Also why don't they turn the A/C on? It's so hot I have to wait outside for my pretzel. I hate that we always have to wait for our pretzels but I gave it 1 star because they do taste good. Someone needs to check on this franchise location....
