I'm start with the bad this bus driver doesn't care about the passengers that's trying to make it to the airport on time. It's 44 degrees outside and she riding with her window opened. Told a passenger that she need to find her another seat because she hot and need the window opened after she told her she was cold plus have the ac on. Cancelled scheduled departure time from O'Hare airport to Milwaukee on a typical weekday without prior notification.

They are quite expensive and not that reliable. The bus did not show up for the 8:30 pm departure from O'Hare to Milwaukee with no warning or apology. Unfortunately there is no alternative bus company that goes from O'Hare to Milwaukee which is a shame.

Our trip was from Madison WI to Chicago O'Hare. The bus was not completely full. Nonetheless, the driver managed to lose my wife's luggage. Coach USA assigned a "ticket" for the matter and promptly forgot about us. An expensive piece of luggage and all my wife's belongings and jewelry were lost. If they find the luggage or reimburse us I will change our review. As it stands now, we leave for England in two hours with no clothes, toiletries, jewelry, rechargers, or medications.

Terrible website and really bad customer service. I tried several times to purchase a round-trip ticket from Chicago O'Hare to Madison, WI, but kept getting an error when I tried to click the button to purchase. All my information was filled out correctly and I had agreed to the term and conditions. So instead I had to purchase a ticket from the driver, who would only sell me a one-way ticket, which cost $8 more than on the website. Lame. Later I found out I was still charged for a round-trip ticket even though I never got an email or text confirmation of the transaction! I tried to find a customer service number on the website but this information is not available, clearly an intentional decision was made to make it hidden or not able to be found easily. I finally googled 'CoachUSA customer service' and found a number to call. When I did call, I was told i had to email CoachUSA to get a refund. I used to like taking this bus. But the website portal to buy a ticket and the customer service are terrible. I don't have a car so I'll have to take this bus again, but if there were another option with a better customer experience I would choose that over CoachUSA.

Driving from O Hare to Wisconsin on Coach USA and the bus driver is on the phone the whole way. Illinois is a hands free state but apparently not for bus drivers who drive vehicles that could crush a car. She was very concerned about her safety from Covid insistence the first two rows stay empty but our safety is not her first concern. Two stars because it was on time.

TERRIBLE company, do not waste your money. Buses are consistently very late (20+ min) and the route takes way longer than they say. I took a 10:50am bus from Chicago hoping to get home to South Bend for a 4pm appointment I really couldn't miss but of course the bus didn't get to SB until well AFTER 4. Absolutely ridiculous. Very slow and terrible service too, the workers are very rude. This was my 3rd trip with them and 3rd bad experience. Update: here I am 2 weeks later using Coach USA to O'hare again only because it was my only option and of course the bus is already 45 minutes late to our stop. Hoping I don't miss my flight

Horrible experience with Coach USA, 351 Meadowlands Bus. After the Beyonce concert in July, our group went straight to the area where buses were picking up. On the bus webpage, it said that buses would be picking up for an hour after concerts end. Arriving at the pickup area, we joined a line of ~500 people. The line was moving incredibly slow - we waited overall for almost 3 hours - and very few buses were coming. When we got towards the front of the line, we learned the problem. There was only 1 person checking tickets to board all buses. This person did not know how to use the electronic ticket scanner, so he was allowing anyone with a paper ticket (ie purchased in person at Port Authority rather than online) to cut the line and board buses, while those with electronic tickets had to wait. Furthermore, there were just not enough buses for the number o people. And there was no one there to explain what was going on. I've tried to call and left voicemails three times hoping for a refund for this trip, but have received no return calls. I will never use Coach USA again and advise you not to either!

This is a BROKER, not a real moving company. Paul was friendly, overly so, on the phone and continuously contacted me for business after I got a quote. I informed him that I was going with another, national and trusted major carrier, and he sent me a text saying: "I can't help you if you aren't willing to get off your a** and research what I'm saying is true." Don't trust a company that treats potential customers this way!
