These sandwiches are so fresh and delicious . The service is so quick lines go down quickly. That good old fashioned ambience is calming.

every SINGLE TIME I order from here they miss a a item or multiple. They clearly don't read the WHOLE TICKET because this is the 4th time this happened and this is the only potbelly in my area. And when I call to ask about it, they are always very rude

Went to this potbelly location for the first time. Got the original pizza melt, comes with marinara sauce, pepperoni, capicola, meatballs, provolone and whatever veggies you want after toasting. It's pretty good! A little light on the sauce for my taste, so I'll ask for extra next time. Cost me $13 for an original with a drink. Sandwich was good, I enjoyed it. I think the meal is a bit pricy for $13, not sure if I'd make it a habit, but the sandwich tastes good nonetheless. They have a new cookie butter shake that I didn't try but is really good! Service was quick and pretty painless. Ambiance is just like a normal fast food sandwich place.

Do not order delivery from this location. I've had a few instances of it taking too long, but this one takes the cake. I placed an order on their website at 11:06am for an ASAP delivery, which was quoted as 11:27am. Then, nothing. No updates at all. I called the store 11:44am and the woman who answered put me on hold and never came back. I hung up after 5 minutes. I called again at 11:49am and the woman who answered said they were waiting for a driver, which I questioned, and then she said "hold on", put me on hold and never came back. I tried calling again and they put me straight on hold. This happened several times until the lunch rush and then no one answers at all. Still no updates on the website or app (I have a rewards account). I had to order lunch elsewhere but still cannot get ahold of anyone to officially cancel this order and ask for a full refund. If I can't get someone, I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company. This is after the previous time I ordered where the delivery driver (they farm them out to Door Dash or Uber or something) mixed up the orders he had so he'd given mine to someone else. He went back to the store and when he came back, they'd forgotten my drink. I didn't want to make him go back again (not his fault) so I called the store and the manager eventually left me a VM saying he'd put through a refund on my cc - it's been more than 3 weeks and nothing. Shame on me for trying to give them another shot. UPDATE: got a call at 2pm, almost 3 hours after placing my order, from someone delivering my food. I said I was trying to cancel the order for 2 hours but no one was answering the phone. He was apologetic and said they had issues with some service I can't remember the name of. In any case, he claims he'll tell them to give me a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Will continue to try calling the store to get a refund and then dispute charges if I have to.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and they must have been out of it because they put almost nothing on the sandwich. Every bite tasted of bread and peppers...and that's it. I like the one on LaSalle street in the loop -- these other locations are awful. The brownie cookie is tasty, so I'll give an undeserved extra star.

This is the worst potbelly in the city. I have been coming for years and now the quality has dropped 1000 percent. Very sad. Now they refuse to make shakes. I caught an employee making one for someone else and when I said something, the employee was told to stop making shake.
