This place is exceptional with fantastic staff. Anthony made it a very special trip for my son and me, and my son commented how nice the staff were.

Housecleaning was noticeably good as well. The bartenders were solid.

The location is great because it’s easy to get to from the airport from the train and it’s easy to get to the museums by bus. I highly recommend the Silversmith Hotel and look forward to coming back soon.

Location great! Very clean, guest services was amazing! I left a note when making the reservation about it being my friends birthday and they were kind enough to leave her a birthday card with a bad written note from guest services, very cool, thank you Victor!! Made the trip so special when we arrived.  The romance package was worth it! Champagne was chilled upon arrival and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious, breakfast was also outstanding

I really enjoyed my stay at the Silversmith hotel. The location was perfect for me, two blocks from Millennium Park and walkable to all of the spots I was planning on seeing during my stay. They had a text feature that I really enjoyed as it made it very easy to ask any questions I had during my stay. They also held my bags one the first and last day of my stay when I didn’t have a room which meant even more time and ease to explore the city! I found the interior of the hotel to be very quiet and peaceful. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else looking for a convenient place to explore the city. Oh and the bed was extremely comfortable!

My kids (21 and 18) and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern with updated rooms and comfortable beds.   The rooms have a good amount of space and a large closet.  They also have a refrigerator.  There is an L station right above the hotel.  In fact, the gym overlooks the L track, which is cool.   The first floor has a bar/ restaurant  and some nice seating.  Coffee is served in that area each morning.   The  bellman, Enrique, was awesome.  He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and was super friendly.   The hotel’s location was great- walking distance to Millennium park (the Bean) and ice rink, the Chicago Art Museum, the Willis Tower and tons of great restaurants.  We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were extremely clean, modern and comfortable.  Service was excellent as was the location.  I was very surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price; can't say enough about this hotel and highly recommend it.
