McDonald's CEO was complaining about how the market is shifting and how it's harder to get lower income people into the restaurants. This location is a prime example of what not to do. The came here for a simple breakfast. I ordered my meal at the kiosk. I entered a made up number for the table because both kiosk had no table numbers to place. The order was placed for here. I looked around and noticed customers with food on trays. I didn't think it would be a big deal. I know most McDonalds location do not bring food to you. They just don't. So I waited at the pick up location and the lady just threw the bag on the counter, yelled a number and walked off. The kiosk didn't have any printing paper so I never got a receipt with any number on it. I had to call her back and explained the order was for inside. She said "so you need a tray?" in the most condescending way possible. I said yes so she grabs a tray and tosses the bag on the tray and walks off. Meanwhile at Chick-fil-A it's "how may I serve you?" The only reason I was at this trash restaurant was because it's a Sunday and Chick-fil-A was closed. Good luck keeping customers with such trash service and mediocre food!

I come here every day for something...sometimes coffee, sometimes a burger for lunch. They can get through a 10 car line in no time. The staff is wonderful, the orders are correct and the food is fresh. There are some bad McDonalds out there...THIS is not one of those.

Fast food definitely isn't fast when coming here even if you're doing a pickup! When you receive your food it's cold after you've waited well over 15 minutes for your food to be brought out! I literally had to walk in to get my curbside order!! When I walked in the cashier had no idea I was even there to pick up! Do not recommend

I just had the most incredible customer service experience at this McDonald's. I ordered a QPC with bacon, medium fries, and a medium coke. A gentleman, who I believe was the manager, saw me filling up my drink at the dining room machine and he stopped me. They just serviced this machine and the carbonation was off so the taste wouldn't be right. He filled my drink from their delivery window soda machine (which was working perfectly) to make sure the coke tasted right. Then when my order was ready, he triple checked to make sure I had the right order and asked if I needed additional condiments. Furthermore, I walked this order home in 30 degree weather for 10min and the burger was still piping hot and the fries perfectly crispy and soft when I got home. That's how you know this was made to order. Additionally that quarter pounder was perfectly dressed with a generous amount of condiments (usually get skimped on the onions and pickles elsewhere). And the bacon was crispy when it's normally soft and slumps at McDonald's. They knocked this order out of the park so much so that I felt compelled to write this review.

Everytime I order from here, the orders are wrong. Ordered chocolate shake NO WHIP, got whip. Ordered fries and cookies, and both are hard and cold. YUCK.
