Amazing Italian food in Emsphere. Probably some of the best Italian food you can find in Bangkok. Large portions and delicious food. Good selection of pastas, pizzas, steak and other dishes including sides and drinks. Prices are on the higher side but the quality was superb. They also gave us bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Friendly staff and quick service. Enjoyable experience.

Mall dining is something I actively avoid unless I’m very hungry. Soulless, bland, and unsatisfying is the usual mall experience. Bianca in One Bangkok, however, upended my perceptions. Everything hit the spot - a great setting with big windows looking over Bangkok - tick. Warm, friendly, impeccable service - tick. And best of all, top quality Italian cuisine. Their pizza is sublime - tangy, juicy tomato sauce and soft, moreish dough. The seafood risotto was also mind blowing - rich yes, but divine in small bites and shared with others. The rocket salad dressing was equally superb and it was two thumbs up from all of us. While it isn’t the cheapest place, it is well worth the extra baht. Food of this quality would cost a lot, lot more in the US or Europe - we can’t wait to go back.

Overall, I had a good dining experience. The service was prompt and attentive throughout the meal. I recommend requesting the starter to be served separately from the main course, as both arrived at the same time. Additionally, I expected the seafood in the risotto to be a bit larger.

Welcomed like a friend into the venue, warms and friendly.

Excellent Italian dining venue, great food and the service team were excellent.

Did not wait long for any items, drinks were refilled promptly.

The team respected our wish to slow down the food while we waited for a friend to join us.

All items ordered were of a very high quality from ingredients used through to the finished meals.

Upon walking by we saw the food looked yummy so we stepped in.  The bread was really good and they give you a lot of bread. The pesto pasta was cooked perfectly and was so delicious. Actually a lot of the pasta I have is just mediocre, but this was really good. The Panna cotta was so good again much better than normal desserts. They had pretty good service.
And I had a yin and yang balsamic and olive oil !
