The view is spectacular,  worth the visit, you have sea view on one side and Sultanahmet view on the other side. The staff is very helpful, I liked the eggplant appetizer on the house and the sweet apple tea with baclava on the house after my meal. The eggplant kebab with lamb was a bit heavy for me , should have chose something lighter but the appetizer and dessert were good. I spent around 3 hours there,  it was too lovely to leave the terrace.

The refined cuisine, enchanting ambiance, and impeccable service were all extraordinary, but it was the warmth and heartfelt hospitality of the staff that truly elevated this journey to an unforgettable experience. Among the dishes we enjoyed, the eggplant kebab, lamb, shrimp, and the pistachio pie for dessert were absolutely outstanding!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is not just about dining—it offers a sense of comfort and warmth akin to being embraced by family. This is, without a doubt, the most remarkable dining spot of our trip to Turkey and comes highly recommended. Once you visit, you’ll experience a harmonious convergence of flavors, culture, and genuine welcome.

The mixed fish platter was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The sea view made everything even better, so peaceful. Definitely a place worth visiting!
If you have a sweet tooth, the restaurant has desserts worth enjoying! A personal favorite of mine is the Baklava!!

I stopped by Carlos Terrace in Istanbul, eager to warm up with a bowl of their supposedly delicious fish soup. The picture on their website had promised a flavorful, comforting treat. Unfortunately, reality didn't quite live up to expectation.

When the soup arrived, I was underwhelmed. It lacked any discernible taste, forcing me to take matters into my own hands. After adding salt, ground pepper, fresh lemon juice, and chili, the soup became somewhat edible.

The saving grace of Carlos Terrace is undoubtedly its stunning view of the Blue Mosque. The picturesque backdrop made for a lovely atmosphere, even if the food didn't quite measure up.

Perhaps I just caught them on an off day, but for now, I'd recommend Carlos Terrace for its view alone. If you're a foodie, you might want to look elsewhere.

A good friend recommended this restaurant to us and we couldn’t have been happier that we visited! The terrace is beautiful in its decor and views. The service was outstanding with friendly staff. The food was delicious and some of the best chicken we’ve ever had. We absolutely recommend this delightful spot for a great dining experience with unbeatable atmosphere and scenery!
