I came across this cozy little microbrewery by chance in my very own neighborhood and was absolutely thrilled it had opened. The owners Alex, an American, and his Danish wife Kristina have created a wonderful microbrewery bar with an amazing atmosphere in the heart of Østerbro, in a beautiful part of Copenhagen. The brews are ever changing. Always tweaked a bit from batch to batch. All their beer is brewed right in the back room for all to see. Three different taps to try, and bottles can be purchased as well. Alex is always great at explaining processes and ingredients. Well worth a visit when in Copenhagen. Great beer! Skål!
