Vår senaste kväll på Estadio Bottega, om än lång, var en blandad upplevelse. Vi kom i tid för vår 7 PM bokning och valde ett utomhusbord för att njuta av det trevliga vädret. Vi började med oliver, nötter och vin, följt av sex ostron. 30 minuters väntan på ostronen, i efterhand, var ett tecken på att saker skulle komma. Efter ytterligare 45 minuter bad en servitör om ursäkt och förklarade att en ny kollega hade glömt att informera köket om vår efterföljande beställning. Hon försäkrade oss om att misstaget skulle rättas till. Våra nästa rätter, en taco och Stracciatella, kom äntligen 1 1⁄2 timme in på kvällen. Kyparen bad återigen om ursäkt för förseningen och erbjöd oss skott som kompensation. Även om vi inte hade klagat eller sökt kompensation, accepterade vi bilderna, även om de kändes lite på sin plats för en familjemiddag. Efter att ha glömts bort igen blev det snabbt kallt ute. Vi erbjöds värmefiltar, som också glömdes. Vi gick in för att be om ett bord och fick ett, men fortfarande inga varmrätter dök upp. Huvudrätterna kom till slut vid niotiden : 30 PM, med en annan ursäkt att vi hade glömts bort. Som kompensation erbjöds vi Espresso Martinis, som inte var idealiska efter att bara ha fått vår huvudrätt på en familjemiddag. Vi glömdes sedan bort ännu en gång. Vanligtvis skulle kaffe, dessert eller ost erbjudas. Efter ytterligare 30 minuter var vi tvungna att stoppa en servitör för att be om notan. Checken och kreditkortsterminalen kom, vilket tyder på ett tips. Många restauranger i Köpenhamn gör detta trots att dricks ingår i servitörslönerna, men att föreslå dricks efter en sådan kväll var mycket kränkande. Kvällens totalsumma var USD 300 50 för tre personer. Man kan förvänta sig att restaurangen skulle erbjuda rabatt efter en kväll som denna. Så allt som allt ger det mig inget annat val än att ge ett mycket dåligt betyg. Ja, maten var mycket bra (när den kom) och så var vinet. Men servitörerna lyckades på något sätt helt förstöra kvällen. När man går ut och äter beror det förstås på maten men också på att man inte vill göra mat själv den kvällen. Och det slutade med att vi tillbringade hela kvällen med att undra om vi faktiskt var bortglömda, när servitören skulle komma igen eller om vi skulle få nästa rätt alls. Och ja, ibland måste man skaffa ny personal men då brukar det finnas någon chef som överser situationen och ser till att gästerna behandlas som förväntat. Jag är från Köpenhamns centrum och äter ute minst en gång i veckan och oftast på nya och spännande restauranger. Jag reser också ganska mycket och jag måste bara säga att detta var min värsta servitör erfarenhet under de senaste 10 åren och inte alls att förvänta sig på en restaurang till denna prisnivå och i allmänhet - även i Köpenhamn. Jag hoppas att denna feedback kan användas konstruktivt för att få personalen att hålla koll på den faktiska utmärkta maten. Som någon som äter ute minst en gång i veckan i Köpenhamns mångsidiga restaurangscen, och reser ofta, kan jag med tillförsikt säga att detta var den värsta servitörsupplevelse jag har stött på under det senaste årtiondet. Det var helt oväntat för en restaurang till detta pris, och ärligt talat oacceptabelt även med Köpenhamnsstandard. Jag hoppas att denna feedback kan användas konstruktivt för att få personalens servicenivå i linje med den verkligt utmärkta maten.

Nyligen besökte jag Bottega Estadio och var glad. Stämningen är mysig, servicen personlig och snäll, och maten var helt enkelt exceptionell. Ett mycket innovativt förslag med latinamerikanska smaker och högkvalitativa ingredienser. Jag rekommenderar särskilt anktacon med inlagd rödkål och salsa macha. Definitivt en plats jag kommer att återvända till.

Maten var totalt intetsägande och saknade smak. De glömde att ta bort tarmen från räkorna vilket resulterade i en bister smak och knaprig sand. Ankan var rå i mitten. Efterrätten var mycket intetsägande. Servicen var snabb och bra.
