Terrible, terrible, terrible. We were a party of 15 and this was the worst treatment I've ever gotten in a restaurant. First, we were placed on the bottom floor, which is fine. Then, when the waitress started taking orders, one person in our group was thinking about what to order, and uttered "Hmmm..." to which the waitress responded with a disgusted face and a mocking "HMMMMM...", clearly annoyed that he was taking too long. We all laughed awkwardly, thinking maybe she was joking. Turns out, she wasn't. Then, when serving the food, she asked ONCE who had ordered it, and if she didn't get a response within 3 seconds, she continued to put the food on another empty table next to ours! Incredibly rude. Then there was the food. All dishes tasted nothing or down right bad. My potatoes were barely cooked, literally inedible. All throughout the evening, she never stopped by to ask if we wanted anything else, or more to drink. I had to chase after her up the stairs to ask for more sauce for the meat. Worth noting is our party was bachelors party, but no one was ever rude, or particularly loud. I am not one to easily take offence from bad service, but in this case I certainly did. Whoever is running this place clearly has no interest in food or running a restaurant.

I had the Weinerschnitzel, it was absolutely tasty and the meal was quite filling! Be careful with the horseradish, it may take you by surprise. The waiter was very friendly and spoke English. The ambiance was friendly and sophisticated yet the staff treated you quite well.

Literally the worst meal I've had in a long time. We all got salads. When I bit into my shrimp it had clearly gone bad and so had my moms. The chicken in my other family members' salads tasted off. On top of the mediocre food it was VERY expensive and we all left hungry.
