What a great find!  We had heard that Paris had some excellent falafel and were at the Pompadeau Center.  Olive & Thym was right around the corner. 

First off the place is small with only a few tables.  The amazingly friendly and cool staff more than made up for the tight quarters. Sunday was 80's music day according to the staff so we (as well as the rest of the tables) were mouthing the words to Madonna, Wham and Cher while the cook and wait staff danced while preparing our food.   Everyone was having a good time. 

The food was excellent.  Fresh greens, mint, tomatoes, radishes, served when mini pita's, hummus, falafel, beef or chicken.  The crispy chicken was excellent. The olives were delicious. The falafel was yummy.  Our meals were served in a bowl so you could mix or combine any of the flavors you wanted to.  

This was my first time eating Lebanese food and I really enjoyed it.  Don't miss out the Beirut beer either.

We had a spectacular meal here. Everything - from the main course, to the beer (try the Beirut Beer), to the dessert - was just perfect.

The best little place for amazing Lebanese! Very intimate, completely calm and accommodating! After having a bad experience at another Lebanese place around the corner, we walked out feeling hopeless to find something delicious. Olive and Thym came to the rescue. Both chicken dishes are incredible. We heard that French people can be kind of short with tourists and we experienced the absolute opposite! They even gave us a free cake dessert! Which was amazing and we recommend to everyone! This place is a breath of fresh air in the bustling Marais area! If you are questioning to go or not... GO!
