Loved the hotel, the room, the staff, waffle making time, the jacuzzi bath, location, everything. We actually booked the other Best western hotel which is near the central station. By mistake we came to this one, absolutely tired, in cold & rain for almost 16 minutes walking from the central station carrying our luggage, 2 hours earlier than the actual check in time. The lovely receptionist quickly understood the situation & said it's a sister hotel & if there is availability, she can switch the booking & we got to stay here. It's just 7-8 minutes walking from the main centre as well.

Comoda posizione, vicino al centro di Goteborg. Ma non ci è piaciuto per niente: scale per arrivare alla reception, camere e bagni e sala colazione poco puliti, colazione con poca scelta. Parcheggio pagato e al nostro rientro la sera non c'era più nessun posto libero. La camera mai pronta prima di metà pomeriggio. Un solo asciugamano per ciascuno. Letti aggiuntivi per i ragazzi sporchi e macchiati. E parlo sia della nostra camera che della camera dei nostri amici.

Convenient location, close to the center of Gothenburg. But we didn't like it at all: stairs to reach the reception, unclean rooms and bathrooms and breakfast room, breakfast with little choice. Paid parking and when we returned in the evening there were no longer any free spaces. The room was never ready before mid-afternoon. Only one towel for each. Extra beds for dirty and stained kids. And I'm talking about both our room and our friends' room.
