Random stop off while in the area for business trip.
Was a little apprehensive upon entering as the place was dead as dead could be on a Friday evening. The kid at the counter seemed to be sleep walking and the atmosphere was as stale as it gets. I almost walked out but I didn’t have time to mess around so I took the gamble and ordered.
I started to worry a little as it seemed a little long of a wait for the food since no one was there. But once it came out I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered the lemon pepper bone in 5-wing combo and they were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.
I thought it was strange it came with breadsticks instead of fries as I would’ve much more preferred fries but the breadsticks were decent. Those wings though were spot on. I’d go back if I lived in the area for sure.
That being said; Attention Epic Wings, build a location in Tucson!!
And hire a staff that wants to be there and turn on some music or something! A nursery home has better ambience than that atmosphere.

Ordered Chicken fries and those are not sweet potato fries in my pictures, it’s burnt regular fries. They didn’t wanna redo it I guess, I didn’t wanna go back cause I took it home. The place was completely empty. I blame the kitchen, how do you mess up a couple minutes of frying fries… 🤣🤣 I don’t recommend this place foh

Always our family’s go to place when visiting Phoenix! Coming from Indiana and there is nothing that hits the spot like epic wings! Huge shoutout to the amazing front manager. He is attentive, polite, and overall gives amazing customer service. Having an employee like that is a complete asset! Great job Epic Wings Glendale AZ!

First and last time! My lady and I attended after a 4 hour drive. Advised it was our first time and we were confused that there were no numeric pack options on the menu. We were advised there were none and to select a combo or meal.
We ordered 2 combos with light sauce. We waited for nearly 30 minutes as the family before us not only received, but finished their entire meal before we received ours. It seemed as if there were only 3 people in the whole restaurant.
When our food arrived, it was brought to us in a to go bag, even though we requested Dine in. We inspected our food as there was a guest there waiting on corrections to be made to her very large order. I immediately saw that the container my wings came in was flooded with sauce, despite my request.
At this point we were so hungry we decided to just poor the excess in the lid and just eat quickly and leave. There was no one to dispute to anyways, as the cashier spent the majority of the time in the back. One of my wings was disgusting on the inside. Not worth the $30 we paid. Will not be returning.

First  time, 09/27/24 about 4pm. I was greeted upon entering, friendly customer service. Cashier was polite but dirty. He had flour on his hat, face and shirt. I probably should have turned around....lobby was empty however chairs needed wiping down.  Food was subpar: chicken wings were drowned in Buffalo sauce, Epic fries were also drowned in sauce and the fries were not crispy, not cooked enough for me. Although the bread was delicious. Ultimately the food
was not good. I don't see myself returning.
