I am a big fan of Matcha specially lavender Matcha. I ordered a lavender Matcha but instead they gave me the purple drink, which is a Matcha with lavender and Ube. I did not like it, but maybe I’ll give it another chance & try the soft serve since the machine was out of order.

We've frequented Cha Cha Matcha's other locations, but this was a disappointment. The tea was still decent, but the atmosphere was not inviting. The sitting area was not clean. When we pointed the fact to employees, they just shrugged. Even worse, the employees played very loud music over the store's sound system, eliminating why chance of conversation. We didn't feel welcome or appreciated.
