Why support a company who doesn't bother to actually listen to customer complaints and issues?  Pay monthly to play a game that came out 10 years ago and they still manage to screw it up.
Then when you have issues, you get the customer service robot automated replies which are usually 3 paragraphs of them basically saying  "screw off".  Or have you tried this or that step?

Its easier to just do an account deletion and never give them another dollar.

Have wasted a large portion of my 43 years of life playing these tormentous games that loathe their inhabitants. I am a bit of a masochist so i put up with it I guess. No longer. If you dont regularly want to take time out of your day to ruin your future,,, well then dont. There are MUCH better games out nowadays and much better gaming companies dont waste your time on your WoW, Overwatch, or Diablo. I spent significant portions of my life in all 3 I regret it all. Do NOT Do it. Play games that dont hate you.
