It is one of my guilty pleasures. Their chocolate and ice cream are irresistibly delicious, making it a go-to spot whenever I crave a sweet treat. The flavors are rich and indulgent, and the quality never disappoints.

One of the highlights of visiting this location is the stunning Bay view. On a sunny day, sitting by the window or outside with a decadent sundae while overlooking the sparkling water is an experience that’s hard to top.

You can order Hot Fudge Sundaes in several varieties and shop for chocolates. There's a bunch of different chocolates to choose from and you can customize a bag. The Sundaes cost more if you want to sit inside. There is limited seating. For a better value, take it to-go. There is outdoor seating or just walk around. There's a lot to see at the Square.

We were here on 12/30/24 during the holiday season. It was crowded and there was a very long line to enter this building.

The facility was clean and bright and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a lot of customers, but it wasn't terribly crowded. They had an extensive assortment of their chocolates. I bought a selection of squares by the pound. I also purchased one of their sundaes. It was fantastic. The building is difficult to get to in a wheelchair because of the hills and levels in the area. But once inside, it's completely accessible.
