I have been trying to contact the hotel for 4 days straight to confirm our stay. No one has answered the phone. A lot of the reviews say there are problems when a stay is not confirmed b it what am i supposed to do when no one is answering? This is very frustrating.

I booked a one night stay. I call the front desk to say I might be a little late to check in. They say we are 99% going to give up your room if you check in "late" which is the same night as I planned to stay. I say... even though you have my card information? And they say yeah because it's clearly outlined in the email information they sent. So basically these guys will give up your room and get the business of whoever but they still charge you anyways like thieves.... Such a joke. Don't stay here. also after I read the "email details" they sent me more closely they say they require a $300 damage deposit fee in CASH upfront but they "should" return it upon an inspection they perform upon checkout. Why the heck do you need $300 upfront unless you are in a sketch part of town. Don't stay here and don't park your car as you're rolling the dice with having valuable possessions being stolen. Just terrible and unprofessional.

Refused to do service despite being opened 24/7. If you need a cheap place to stay and/or need last minute lodging, this is not the place to go.

This is a no frills place to stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Pros - Great location with easy access to downtown. Spacious room. Decent front desk staff. Clean. Great price. Cons - Noisy, constant train horns, can easily hear other guests. I didn't find the noise too difficult to handle but this was a pleasure visit. If I was here for work it would have been more of an issue. I would definitely stay here

I was in Houston on business and checked out of my very nice, but expensive boutique hotel to extend my stay for pleasure. Scott inn is basic, scrupulously clean, reasonably updated and VERY close to downtown Houston. It was half the price my company paid for the downtown hotel AND parking is free. Rooms have microwave, fridge, hairdryer, flatscreen TV, sitting area, at least in my king, and iron/board. I would return.

Have some respect for yourself and Run away!!! My elderly parents drove 12.5 hours across the country for them to cancel the booking when we were 4 hours away. We only made the trip because we found this affordable hotel. After several phone calls that they would not answer, they finally answered only to hang up on us and say tough luck finding a place to stay.

I wish I could give 0 star. I when to houston to visit a pregnant friend. She came to visit me at the hotel room and I got told from the desk person that they do not allowed visits. So we leave the room and Continue our conversation Outside and we where told that our friend needed to leave or pay 10 extra dollars even my friend was not staying. I feel if we are not being loud or creating any problem. Is not specified in the policies that we can't have a visitor we should not being harassed to have a visit to leave. Will never come back. Will never recommend it!

Called In advance to ask if I could check in earlier, they said yes over the phone. I came in and they gave me a very rude welcome and refused to let me in to my room before 3 by the same lady who answered me on the phone. I came back after three, and an older middle eastern man came and told me very aggressively that he didn't want to give me my room anymore because I kept coming back too many times. Worst service and management here!

Honestly can't beat it for the price! Room was clean. Customer service was friendly and attentive. Not a bad place to stay right in the middle of Houston. Close to everything! Will definitely be back when visiting Houston again

Clean. Looks remodeled. Room was bigger than expected. King bed was comfortable. Comforter looked old. We just didn't use it. Close to downtown food, bars and Toyota Center. Could hear traffic at night because it's close to several roads. We just left the TV on all night to drown out the noise. Had food delivered. No vending machines, but they sell can drinks at the front desk. Great service!!
