Today stop at Whataburger off North Main by 45 North Freeway. Ms. Melissa greeted me all smiles & took my order double meat junior burger with leafy lettuce, & monterrey Jack cheese. Her service was great a little difficult getting my rewards to ring up though Mrs Belinda store manager came to the show her how to ring up the transaction yay She very polite with her associate on helping her with the transaction all went through smoothly I was a very happy customer. The environment of the store was very clean right down to the drink station very clean. The atmosphere was very bright like they had just recently overhaul the store itself, which made it very welcoming. Thanks again Melissa and Belinda. I honestly don't understand the low rating this location. Today is number two of the cold winter storm and guess who's open what a burger. Serving up some of the best burgers in town. This is probably the best fast food burger in town so again I'm really not sure why this has a two star rating. Food: I live six minutes away in downtown and when I got home, the burger was so fresh and still hot. So were the fries. Every single bite was simply amazing. I know they don't eat a whole lotta fast food but this is one of the better fast food chains in Houston, Texas. You cannot go wrong with this place. The fries were crispy. The Dr Pepper was strong and good fountain drink style. Seriously this is easy a five star review. If you want a great fast food burger stop by. This is coming from someone who has close to 1500 reviews. All those one or two star reviews are simply not representing what Berger is doing for our community. They make a great burger. Simple is that.

You can't consider yourself a "fast food place" when it takes over 30 minutes just to give me my food. also gave me a cup with a hole in it which caused dr pepper to flood my cup holders. and after all my trouble and terrible service they can't even provide me with a fork for my salad. terrible do not go to should be out of business. I have to rate you one star bc it makes me but if i had the option i wouldn't give any.

When I got my food they forgot my burger, then I had to wait 10 minutes for a burger that was strangely also cold, then when I looked in the bag, my fries were unsalted, & green. Like little green dots. Then my burger was dry, missing half of the stuff I ask for on it, & it was also cold. You would think the cookie would be good right? WRONG. My cookie had 2 chocolate chips in it & the cookie was hard like car board, & tasted bland. Then I orderd a medium Dr. Pepper... They gave me a small, watered out drink, & I'm not sure it was even Dr. Pepper. If I could give negative stars, it would be -5.

I visited Whataburger to try the 9-piece Honey BBQ Whatwings, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Out of the 9 wings, only 3 had sauce. This is nothing like their advertised photos of wings "covered in sauce." The overall food quality was subpar, and this experience did not meet my expectations. It is unacceptable for a well-known establishment to serve such poorly prepared food. I will never order Whataburger Whatawings again. They were too dry. Wendy's use to have a slogan "Where's the Beef" to mock other fast food eateries and the Whatawings could be advertised as "Where's the sauce" to mock Whataburger lack of sauce. This is my experience with Whatawings at this location.

This whataburger does not care if you live or die. Your order will take so long that the idea of fast food will be a long forgotten concept. On top of that your food will usually be cold and made incorrectly. I'm in line right now because I thought maybe I could get a quick bite before work. Now I'm late for work and there are 3 cars ahead of me. My car is parked. Save yourself. Don't be fooled by the location.

I will never recommend coming to this location. The customer service is horrible! I ordered my food thru the mobile app for drive thru pick up at a specific time. There was only one car in front of me. Instead of having me pull into the 2nd lane to retrieve my food they made me pull up behind the one vehicle. I waited for 20mins past my pick up time before I got to the window. At this point I'm furious. I go one to tell the drive thru associate that they should've had me pull into the other lane since my food had been ready. The lady just handed me my food without offering me anything complimentary for wasting my time and not operating drive thru the way that it should. I will not go back to this location ever.
