Martin did a great job at explaining each of the dishes and we really enjoyed each dish we tried.  The restaurant had a great atmosphere.. I enjoyed hearing the greeting every time a new customer walked in. Bathrooms could use some improvement especially the sink which has no water flow at all... That could be because Lima is a desert but I have not had that problem anywhere else in San Isidro before so perhaps they could install another water tank on the roof to keep the water flows consistent. Make sure to review your bills for mistakes. We found one item that was added twice and a second item that we didn't order at all. They also forgot to bring us our water until the end but otherwise everything was pretty decent. Despite the problems, overall we had an enjoyable experience.

One of the best food experiences of my life. Highly recommend Uniyuzu nigiri. Jair and Sebastian really made our experience incredible. Best sushi I ever had in my life.

Great food, great atmosphere.

Udon Uchucuta - definitely our favourite dish. This one is a must try.

Chirashi Ceviche - very good

Kareudon Nikkei - a little on the salty side

Amai maki - the rolls are good but the sauce is a little heavy

Absolutely stunning ✨
We went on a Monday night around 7 so it was quiet but we had the best evening- our server was lovely (you can request English speaking if you do not speak English) and all of the dishes are spectacular
Torches salmon 🍣 is a must and ceviche 🇵🇪
