We were craving armenian food so we decided to visit Mayrig. They were very busy, it took some time to get the menu. Youssef was very kind and really helpful. We ordered manti, the aubergine appetizer, itch and kabab kerez with a side of yogurt. The aubergine appetizer was ok, tiny portion. The rest were really delicious and generous portions. I would definitely recommend asking for a yogurt cup with the kerez dish.

Excellent, BUT very expensive! We  have been to many times, and love dearly, their sister restaurant with the same name in Beirut, Lebanon.  The food here at the Yerevan restaurant also does not disappoint!  Delicious Lebanese favourites like hummus, fattousch and grills, but with an Armenian flair (we love the "Armenian salad").  However, both of our main dishes came out lukewarm and for the prices we were paying that left us with a bad feeling.   Our bill was 41,314 Dram (just at 100 €) although this included a 14,000 Dram bottle of very good Armenian wine.  Still, if you take that out, we felt that the remaining price was still on the high side.  (Had our expensive main courses come out nice and hot we would let it slide...).  That being said, the potential is there, the flavours and portion sizes excellent and I am sure our service issue was an abnormality.

Love love love - probably my favourite restaurant in Beirut.

The food was phenomenal, every dish was delicious to the last bite. Mandi was definitely the star of the show. Hummus with pastrami was also amazing.

The service was great and the restaurant interior and the vibe is also lovely.

All round 5 star - definitely recommend.

I had an incredible dining experience at Mayrig. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of rich flavors and clearly made with care.

A special thank you to Abboud, our amazing waiter! He took the time to explain everything on the menu, offering great recommendations and helpful tips along the way. His kindness and attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for authentic Armenian cuisine and a place that makes you feel at home, this is it. Highly recommend!

We stopped by for a quick dinner and we were really surprised with the restaurant atmosphere. The team were very knowledgeable of the menu, very kind and friendly.
We ordered a little bit of everything and we got to try some of their homemade jam which was suggested and offered to us by the manager. This place is a must visit whenever you’re in Lebanon!
