Everything about our stay was great. First, at check-in, we were able to check in early for one of our rooms. The rooms are cozy (some might say small) but we were very pleased. Room size isn’t super important to us as we spend most of our time walking around Paris. The bed was large and comfortable which matters to me the most since I’m 6’2” and many beds in Europe are small. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very accommodating and polite. We loved the location, just a short walk to the Louvre and fantastic restaurants. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed here 4 nights in December. The hotel was excellent, from the room to the service. The staff were all very helpful and kind. They even helped us get a timely taxi when we left for the train station as we had trouble with the taxi app. The room was clean and the shower was great. We also used the spa two nights, which was awesome. The tiles and lighting over the spa is really cool, especially if you turn out the lights in the room. Finally, the hotel is in an excellent and safe location, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and tourist attractions.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with excellent service, perfectly located.
All of the staff members we met during our November stay were wonderful, but my husband especially appreciated Arturo for making him feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door.
We loved having our little balcony in the courtyard, and the spa was beautiful.
Im so glad we ended up booking here when we had a problem with our original hotel.
We hope to see you wonderful people again soon!

I had an amazing stay! The hotel features beautiful rooms and a relaxed, simple spa where I could unwind. The staff was incredibly kind, and the cozy breakfast area was the perfect way to start the day. I especially loved the location – it’s in one of my favorite areas of the city, surrounded by charming art and furniture galleries and just steps away from the beautiful park, Jardin de Palais Royal. Highly recommend!

Prime area in Saint Germain walking distance from so many places we wanted to visit and perfect service from staff they were so friendly!

I can only give 3 stars as the room hugely affected our stay. I didn’t check the size before booking and we were surprised at how tiny the room was. We booked a superior balcony room thinking it would be better than a basic one and we had no room for our suitcases to open in the room or walk around at the same time.

The beside tables were 2 chairs which was odd and the bathroom was so tiny my knees touched the wall when using the toilet I’m only 5’5 and the shower was small too I hit my body off the door every time getting in and out.

We were put in an attic room which I didn’t expect as its basically the maids quarters, there were two vents above the bed that lots of dust came out of constantly (we could see the dust floating everywhere in the room with the small light on, added picture of dust)

We woke up every morning with itchy throats and stuffy noses. Not relaxing or ideal as a hotel should be a safe haven at the end of a busy day. I was constantly sneezing and had a runny nose felt very uncomfortable and when we left to go out for the day I was fine again.

The hotel is cosy and nice vintage style decor but like I said be aware if your tall or need extra space this isn’t the best choice of hotel.
