Came here following the Michelin Guide and I was not disappointed!
Thiou is such a special, well-curated, elevated Thai restaurant.
I came here by myself and ordered the pad thai and the pandan cocktail.
The service is awesome with well-trained staffs. I feel well taken care of, safe, and happy with the experience!
A small note that the pad thai came with full stem, uncut parsley. Would have been better if they were cut into smaller portion :)

The food is sublime (although it was tepid in temperature).  The service was less than attentive, particularly given that the restaurant was nearly empty.  They got a couple of our orders wrong and it took a very long time to be served our cocktails and our wine glasses sat empty until we asked for a refill.  Would definitely return for the food, though.

Very nice waiters! The grilled chicken on the sticks were absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!
