Just leaving a 5 night stay, we booked with our friends and had an apartment per couple. On arrival, we were given an upgrade to 1 bed apartments from studios, check in was smooth - we arrived early so was allowed to store our luggage and head to the pool. Apartments very clean, spacious and equipped with what you need in the kitchen. The only thing I personally struggled with was how cold the apartment was in the evening. I asked for a heater at the reception but it's not something they provided.
The pool areas are clean, tidy, lots of seats and loungers, no fighting for a seat.
The staff all fab, clearly happy to work there and very pleasant.
The location is great, with the shops and restaurants on your doorstep, a 15 minute walk to the beach with more shops etc.
The market is across the road, every Thursday and Saturday morning which is nice and makes the area much busier on these mornings, otherwise it's very calm and chilled out.
We went self catering so can't comment on the food, but the drinks were good (very generous with the alcohol!). The entertainment every evening is a nice touch, something different each evening to suit various ages.

Checkout is at 12pm, so with a later flight it is tough. However, you have the luggage store and you can book the use of a shower room for 25 mins to freshen up before your flight.

We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

it is a really nice hotel clean and tidy. I would definitely highly recommend making sure you have air conditioning as not rooms  do not have them. cleaners come on a daily basis to the room. The bars are rather good. The pool was a fantastic size and location for the sun. food was not too bad what you wood expect really with a all inclusive. location I would say is OK right next to a shopping centre.Lots of other shops as well. the biggest problem I would have to say is the day you check out if you have a late flight.They take your wrist bands and deactivate key cards to enter the hotel at 12pm which I have never had at any resort or hotel i have stayed at. other than that highly recommended

Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly,helpful staff,we didn't want to leave today.
Close to bars,shops&amenities&not too far to walk to the beach.
By far the best hotel we've stayed in for cleanliness&spacious rooms.
Food&drinks were what you'd expect from all inclusive&lots of sunbeds.

The only negatives would be the poor evening entertainment&the fact they take your wristbands off at 12noon check out so the all inc stops. If you have a late flight this would be an issue!
We would  definitely return&recommend

I booked another 2 weeks within 3 days of returning. Was perfect for me. I have to mention the young lad who did the children's disco. He gave it 100%, and put a smile on everyone's face. A credit to the hotel and to himself......the girl who did the disco was also very good. The restaurant management were firm, friendly and professional. Looking forward to returning later this year !

We had a great holiday here.
The location was perfect,  the staff were lovely, the pool had sun all day and we all enjoyed the food!
The beds were the comfiest beds I've ever stayed on in a hotel!!
I would definitely recommend!
