Absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere was electrifying, the music was on point, and the DJ kept the energy high all night. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly. The management clearly knows how to create the perfect nightlife experience. If you’re looking for the best party spot, this is it! Highly recommend!😍🙏🏻

To start things off, I would not recommend this club. They are extremely shady and I’ve experienced/ witnessed multiple things they are simply not good for anyone involved. I first watched them scam a group of guys due to issue with paying. (Lucy club refused to accept the credit card for payment and demanded cash). Next on the list they have tried to extort me and others for unrelated reasons. I would not recommend this club and they are full on scammers. Be careful in bangkok.

Feedback on Customer Service Experience

I’m writing to share my disappointment with the customer service experience on November 19, 2024, around midnight.

The two ladies at the entrance concierge were unexpectedly aggressive, which was surprising given that there were fewer than 10 people in the venue at the time. My friends and I had just entered but decided to leave after less than five minutes as smoking wasn’t allowed inside.

Despite the brief duration of our visit, we were denied even a partial refund of the 1,000+ baht we paid for three people. This situation could have been handled more professionally and with better communication.

I hope this feedback encourages a review of customer service policies to ensure a more welcoming and respectful approach in the future.
