I’ve walked past it so many times - funny how much the greenery out the front blocks it from consideration as I walk down the street. Came here for a team lunch and food was great. Portions are a bit small for the pasta and mains - I guess designed up to have an entree etc. but the price point doesn’t reflect this. I had a pizza though and it was filling and delicious!

me and my partner were welcomed by a gentleman at the door (forgot to ask what the waiter's name, but very friendly).

We ordered 2 pizzas, which were Da Guido and Di Parma.
It was phenomenal, and everything was very fresh.

Will definitely come back for the service and food.

My partner and I absolutely love this Italian gem on Little Collins St – it's practically our go-to for Italian food! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the food... wow, it’s always spot-on, no matter what you order.

⭐️Da Guido Pizza – If you're a truffle lover, you can't miss this mushroom truffle pizza. It's fragrant and satisfying.

A few notes: Their bolognese is great, though the pasta is a bit softer than I prefer, as I like mine with a bit more bite. You can't go wrong with any of their pizzas, and we always get their pear salad, which is refreshing and pairs beautifully with everything else.

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic and consistently excellent Italian food!

We found Da Guido as one of the few Italian places open after 9 pm. Upon arrival, a man took us in but checked his watch before seating us, which didn’t feel like the warmest welcome. The reception from both him and the server wasn’t the greatest. The restaurant felt rather empty, with only a few customers there. Despite this, it took quite a while to get acknowledged by the server and have our orders taken.

The server offered us a choice of still or sparkling water, and we opted for sparkling. To our surprise, she brought out a branded sparkling water, which wasn’t what we expected; we thought it would be a simple tap sparkling water. We ordered a pear salad and a Capricciosa pizza, along with house bread. The bread portion was small—just two tiny pieces. The salad was passable, nothing particularly special, and the pizza was similarly underwhelming, with a chewier texture than I would’ve liked.

After finishing, it took forever to receive the bill, and I eventually had to stand up to pay at the counter. The server seemed disinterested in serving us, which was a big letdown, especially since this restaurant has glowing reviews for the most part. Overall, the experience was disappointing, from the service to the food quality.

To celebrate the graduation for my best friend from Canberra, together with some family members from the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, Da Guido 365 is a very good place to bring you a memorable dinner.

We have ordered some antipasti like Insalata di Rucola e Pere / Maxi Tagliere / Calamari / Focaccia

Then we have some homemade pasta Primi like Ravioli Wagyu / Tagliatelle alla Bolognese / San Daniele Pizza / Agnolotti al Nero di Seppia

Tagliata di Manzo and Pork Loin for the Secondi

Then wrap up with the Mousse al Cioccolato / Tiramisu / Spuma agli Agrumi

Must try the Italian wine, very strong flavor with aged in oak barrel, not fruity and not dry, good to pair with the black Angus and the Wagyu Ravioli
