This review is for a visit on 5/2/24

Quite possibly the best restaurant I’ve been to in the world, so far.

From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel like a friend being welcomed into a home. It’s a very intimate setting with few tables, I was always well attended and checked up on.

The food was out of this world amazing. The borscht in a ball was unique and a great starter. I still fondly think about the pate and apple gel dish, just amazing, complex, and beautiful to look at. Lobster tail, might be the best I’ve had. The one thing was the salt on the pork was a bit much for me and I felt terrible sending it back but they fixed it without fuss, and sent out an under salted one for me, it was great and the mushroom morels adoring it, to die for. I don’t drink but they sent out a commentary non-alcoholic wine which I very much enjoyed.

Thanks for making me feel so special! My first two star Michelin experience, well worth it, and sets the standard for any fine dining experience I have from here on out.

After hearing so much hype, I finally managed to secure a reservation at this fine dining restaurant. Overall, the experience was one of artistic cuisine and new flavors, but I felt it was a one-time experience rather than a place I would want to revisit. For someone like me, with more humble tastes, it can be a delightful experience for a special occasion or celebration.  We chose the lunch menu, which is why the prices are reasonable compared to Michelin-starred restaurants in other countries, also appreciated and was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

Amazing 2 Michelin star restaurant! Their staff was so attentive and helpful. Everything was so flavorful. Highly recommend the cheese board with Irish cheeses (specifically the one cheese produced from only 4 cows in Ireland and changes flavor depending on the seasonality of the cow’s diet).

Mere words fail me when it comes to Chapter One. Everything is stunning. The food is unreal, making you question what you're eating and how good it tastes and makes you feel.
The service is unbelievable, sincere, and comes from a friendliness that isn't forced. It is kind and attentive, and they really want you to have a great time. The art within, whether hanging from the walls or ceilings, is also representative on the plates, where it is most important. The pace of service delivery is conducive to great digestion and enjoyment. If we could eat here every week, we would.
