Really cool pub. Hard to soak in all the architectural details especially the exterior. Had been on my hit list since my last visit a few years ago and didn't disappoint. I visited just before final orders on a Tuesday in January. Still busy and a convivial atmosphere. Make sure to check out the back room.

A great pub. We popped in for a whiskey tasting that was held upstairs. Lovely pint with great staff beforehand. it's a gorgeous pub with a great vibe. If you like whiskey they've probably got every whiskey in Ireland plus their own to boot. 👍

One the best authentic Georgian pubs in Dublin. Always a great pint. Usually busy but in a good way.

One of the few bars in Dublin, which defied the trend to strip out Victorian decor in order to satisfy the plastic trends of the 60s. One of the few bars anywhere that has its own branded whiskey. As authentic a Dublin pub as you could possibly find. The bar staff are friendly but have an attitude :) Great pub. A veritable institution and a ‘must’ on my Christmas list every single year.
