I made  reservations through booking.com but Cien hotel charged me 777.77 euros and I cancelled reservation instantly but I did not get my money back. I am so upset this is the first time I’ve been charged for the reservation. It is a big disappointment. They did not respond any comments from booking and I keep sending messages nobody responds. I want my money back.After I complain here they finally respond and send me messages that they do not refund my money back. This is a violation of human rights . They got money like thieves. I was exploring reservation options and was surprised to be charged 777 euros even though I canceled immediately since I don’t have a visa for Spain. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support without success. I was simply checking availability, not confirming a booking.

The room is very small and the shower could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was ok considering it's not a big thing in Spain.

So I paid for a room using my booking application on my phone. When I arrived, it was difficult to find the place because there was no big sign on the outside like most hotels do. When I finally found the correct entrance, I rang their door intercom, but no one answered and no one came to open the door. So I actually booked a hotel room that I never had accessed to. And they did not refund me. What does this sound like? A scam right?

Very nice hotel 🏨.  Service was very good and the personal very friendly.  The twin bad was small.
