Zizzi's success lies in its dedication to authentic Italian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's chefs are passionate about sourcing fresh ingredients and crafting each dish with care. The restaurant had a clean and friendly atmosphere, the tall ceilings and windows made it very open and bright. 

The service was prompt and done with a smile. 

The food and drinks were as described. We had the bruschetta and calamari for starters. The tomatoes were fresh and the batter on the calamari was light and crispy (I'd recommend). 

Overall this was a pleasant experience and is one of the better Zizzi's. As long as your standards are reasonable and recognise this is a chain, you won't be disappointed.
