Jag ville ha mulor av hela mitt hjärta och jag hade blivit bortskämd . Många typer i en kruka . Enormt! ! ! Jag åt curry.

Jag bara älskade stället, det är en så bra utsikt där inne, det estetiska och allt är bara perfekt, jag älskade maten, jag antar att kocken är en mycket begåvad en, jag älskade personalens beteende och deras vänliga bemötande, de är så förstående, mina vänner och jag var så nöjda, jag antar att det kommer att bli min favoritrestaurang hittills.

Vår servitris Cami var så otroligt trevlig, och verkligen gjorde vårt besök underbart! Köttbullen och den flamländska grytan var riktigt god... men pommes frites verkade inte så färska. Älskade ölprovning och utbud av öl att välja mellan. Återigen var servicen fantastisk. Fantastisk utsikt över torget från andra våningen också.

Eller kanske en irishcoffe efter god kvällsmat. 
Riktigt mysigt även inomhus i flera olika plan.

Affärsmiddag på första våningen med en obefläckad utsikt över Le Grande Place. Det finns en 25 €-meny som är lite begränsad men välsmakande. Värt det att prova en måltid. Tjänsten behöver förbättras.

Detta är den värsta upplevelsen på en restaurang, väntan på maten var en och en halv timme.
Min vän var tvungen att vänta längre och sedan sa de att hans maträtt inte var tillgänglig! ! ! ! ????

Restaurangen har ett toppenläge vid kanten av torget, men dålig och långsam service. Dessutom kall och smaklös mat. Där äter vi inte mer!

En mycket intim men ändå mysig och bekväm restaurang med tunga timmer, en öppen spis och en övervåning med utsikt över den lägre nivån. Vi alla sjöng grattis på födelsedagen till en äldre dam som firar på övervåningen och njöt av lugnt samtal resten av kvällen. Huvudrätterna var alla läckra men desserten var otroligt bra. Lämna inte utan att dela Dame Blanche och Chocolate Mousse! Det är ett måste! ! !

På en ny resa upptäckte vi att denna restaurang har ockuperat platsen för Brasserie de l'Ommegang som vi tidigare använt och är nu stängd. Vi visades på ett bord med utsikt över Grand'Place och blev positivt överraskad på den vänliga personalen och snabb service. Menyn var lätt att navigera och det finns ett bra urval av belgiska lokala rätter. Urvalet av öl är begränsat men vissa finns i 1 liter glasögon! Vår erfarenhet var mycket bra och vi kan väl återvända.

Vi satt strax efter ankomst. Bra läge för att titta på människor. Våra servitören var vänlig. Vi beställde ångad musslor och räkor croquettes. Sammantaget var vi nöjda med vår mat och dryck.

Det ligger vid den berömda torget mitt i stadshuset. Ambianace mat och tjänsten var riktigt bra på detta turistområde. åtnjöt min mat och öl.

Stannade i ett hotell runt hörnet och kände att detta skulle vara ett bra ställe att titta på människor och ta en liten mat. Inte besviken. Många menyalternativ och ölmarkeringen var respektabel. Stort värde med tanke på platsen.

Hej alla. Var där för lansering. Vi tog musslor. De kommer med pommes frites, bröd och smör. Inget speciellt egentligen. Mycket genomsnittligt. Vi hade några små öl varje. Utsikten från fönstret är otroligt och det finns öppen spis inuti. Insidan är väldigt mysig. Toaletter är inte det bästa du såg i ditt liv: (Det var kall luft som kom genom fönsterkarmsbråck, det är gammalt förmodligen det är därför. Övergripande rekommenderar det endast för några drinkar med utsikt. Vi betalade 52 € för det. mycket tror jag.

Vi satte oss vid ett bord och väntade. . . och väntade. . . vi ringde över en servitör efter 15 minuter och han berättade att han inte var rätt servitör att ta vår order. Han stod sedan och tittade på alla, inget försök att hitta någon annan. Det var inte ens en upptagen natt. Efter 20 minuter väntade gav vi upp och gick någon annanstans. Mycket tråkigt.

Europe 2023 - Belgium

We arrived late to Belgium and La Rose Blanche is on the Grand Place, a beautiful plaza surrounded by beautiful buildings buildings. It's a must see at night.

FAST

Food: I asked the waiter what he suggested and he said the typical meal were either the mussels or the beef stews I chose the stew. The beef was fairly tender and the sauce had a sweet taste to it, a bit small but the Penne was large and amazing, I helped finish that off. The fries were amazing and served with a mayo sauce.

Atmosphere: Lots of locals and travelers enjoying themselves.

Service:  It was late so we closed the place down but everyone was super nice and service was excellent.

Tip: it was cold so outside was out of the question but I bet it would be amazing to sit outside.

I was on a short, solo trip to Belgium, and I was staying in Brussels and exploring a different city each day. This day, I decided to check out the main plaza and try a new restaurant I was wanting to eat traditional Flemish food, and for whatever reason, this place seemed like a good bet. It was very crowded in the summer, so I had to choose based on what was available, no wait, and what "looked good". After an hour's walk, and checking countless menus, I ended up here, and with no regrets! I ate outside to enjoy the sunlight and upcoming sunset. I didn't feel odd to be alone, and I was not treated worse for being a solo traveler. I was given a nice corner table on the patio, an had a fantastic view of the square, and got to people watch my whole meal!

The food was delicious, and it was not an overly large portion. It as enough to stuff me but let me walk comfortably back to my hotel! I got a Flemish chicken stew, in a white creamy sauce, and it was divine. I couldn't tell you what was in it- just meat, potatoes, and this amazing sauce. I ate everything! The price was reasonable, especially for a busy city center at the height of summer on a weekend. It was one of my favorite meals in this country- although, I have to admit, every meal was "my favorite".

Since it is so centrally located, I had a very short walk to see some famous sculptures, murals, and just explore!

I should have know better than going to a " tourist trap " restaurant right in the heart of the square. The onion soup was absolutely THE WORST thing I've ever been served in my life . cold ( literally) and tasteless . Server work hard , but typical of Europe , it was just dismissed with a stupid look .

Delicious complimentary bread and butter, cheese and shrimp croquettes were perfectly cooked and nicely served. The mussels were phenomenal! Good and tasty. 
The waiter was kind and patient since we took a long time to decide. The restaurant is traditional and cozy, nicely warmed up by the fireplace and lovely French tunes to accompany our meal!

On the square, beautiful setting. Busy with people so it was enjoyable for people watching. But there were also beggars so keep coins in your pocket if you have the heart to give. We sat outside but I went in to wash my hands and found the interior lovely and the view from the upstairs windows a nice surprise. The staff were friendly enough.

This restaurant is located at the majestic Grand Place.  We were fortunate to get a table here without a reservation as the square was very busy that night.  We were seated in this rustic yet cozy two-story restaurant that has a fireplace and a bar.  We were greeted and seated by an older bald gentleman that was quite a character.

I was with a large group and we ordered wine and appetizers to start.  We ordered the shrimp croquettes and the parmesan croquettes.  I was not impressed with either one.  I ordered the steak with fries and salad.  The place was busy and the service was slow but he brought us bread to hold us over until the food arrived.  The steak quality was good but it was not seasoned at all.  The fries were hard and were not salted.

My colleagues enjoyed their plates more than me.  Although the food was not great, this place is in a fantastic location, the restaurant is very cool and I enjoyed the service albeit, slow service.  Three stars.

One of my favorite restaurants in Brussels! I look forward to returning later this year. Excellent location on the Grande Place. The service is always attentive and the food is very good. Love the mussels. The ambiance inside is cozy and warm. Always a special stop on my trips to Brussels! Merci!

The location is of course perfect. If you don't mind sitting outdoors on a patio and right in the middle of the famous Grand Place of Brussels along with many people, tourists, and all. This is really why I picked it as there are literally a dozen choices around this square. I tried the traditional Belgian dishes, I tried beef-stew, the beef was tasty and the broth was very thick and felt like a better dish for cold seasons. Today, however I still enjoyed it and I'm happy I tried it. The Belgian Blanch beer was very smooth. The service was very good. Pleasant server, speaking perfect English. BTW, they have English menu which is very helpful. So, I give them a 3 star all around. The one picture is my exact view of the square at my table, which makes this experience for a traveler like me more memorable.
