We stayed here for a couple of days for our honeymoon. What an absolutely lovely hotel with great staff and service. We were so impressed with the introduction to Brussels by this hotel. After traveling from Amsterdam we were ready to get to our hotel and the front desk was so accommodating, gave us a great map with a breakdown of where to go and sites to see. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and I say this as someone who stays in about 10-15 hotels per year. Without a doubt we will return. The location is central to the shopping district and easy to navigate. The restaurant was great and had locals coming and going. And the room, was spectacular, spacious, clean and comfortable. The attention to detail was very much noticed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Its location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to key attractions. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes.

The level of service was exactly what you’d expect from a luxury hotel—everything was impeccable. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience.

I was looking for a centrally located hotel to accommodate a party of 7 (4 rooms) and  meet the standards of some of our group who are used to high-end stays. The Le Louise worked out great! The deluxe rooms were quite nice. We actually were least satisfied with the Botanical Suite. The front room was dark and awkwardly laid out with sparse and uncomfortable furniture. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We all slept quite well and it was such an easy spot from which to explore this wonderful city! I do wish they had been able to accommodate my father’s request to provide the American Express breakfast benefit with the rooms. It seemed like we ended up paying extra for an amenity that would have been included if we had had a different conversation at booking.

Being in the heart of Brussels this high quality hotel is the perfect place to wind down after a day of visiting the BE capitol.
Nice luxury room and service available when needed.
The resto itself, what a great diversity and so many flavours!
Highly recommend!

The team treated us like personal friends.  My wife broke her leg and the team went all out in helping us navigate the situation.  They made sure she was comfortable, they called pharmacies for us to ensure the prescriptions could be filled and even sent up treats to our room.  This was the most amazing hotel team I've ever experienced.
