It's a very nice property that I'd recommend for the great location and views on the higher floors. The real standout was the staff. On our check-out day we were informed via a paper slipped under our door that the airport was closed due to protest activity. While it wasn't actually closed, it was very difficult to access and I wouldn't have been aware of this had the staff not informed us. Additionally, when no Uber drivers would take us to the airport because of the protests, an excellent concierge staffer jumped into action and secured us a ride to the airport in one of the hotel's own vehicles. This saved the day!

The rooms themselves, however, were weak. They are quite dated, to the point where the carper was stained and even had holes in it. That's unacceptable at this price point. The TV also has no streaming capabilities, but at least there are power and USB ports next to both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi worked great.

Had a great stay as a Diamond member for a week at the Hilton Reforma. The staff is fantastic and were very proactive in offering the HHonots benefits. The breakfast buffet is one of the better ones I have had across all my Hilton stays, there was a variety of cold and hot items (with an omelet station) and again the staff could not have been better.

Room had a great view of Alameda Park and surroundings, the location is very central and has lots of public transportation options to get to various districts. There is always something going on in the surroundings and we felt very safe at all times (keep aware of our surroundings and be alert obviously like in any large city).

My dealings with the concierge desk for car service were efficient and professional.

Finally, the two restaurants and the service at the lobby bar are fantastic as well!

We have stayed at this property three times in the last 12 months and have always been extremely happy with the level of service provided. We see the same staff every time we are there - and they are dedicated to the comfort and enjoyment of us as guests. Appreciate this attention to your guests, and looking forward to our next trip back. Also, I really miss the executive lounge - one of the best ever.

It was my first time in Mexico City and I’m glad I chose the Reforma. The hotel is located near a beautiful park, many museums, and a ton of great food locations. The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and were super helpful after a long flight. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. There are a few restaurants located in the hotel and all were amazing! Would highly recommend and when I come back to Mexico City I will be staying at the Reforma!

Look no further, this is the hotel to stay when you are in CDMX! The location is unbeatable as it’s close to everything you want to visit the city for. The surrounding area is safe, beautiful, and is full of good restaurants. I can’t speak highly enough of the front desk team and the concierge team. They helped me warmly and kindly when I fell sick and they offered me the best they could to get food, a doctor, and some medications. The housekeeping ladies were polite and professional as they always made sure that my suite was spotless and comfortable. I’m also very happy about the breakfast buffet selections- fresh, delicious, and with high quality. Huge shoutout to the whole team at this hotel! I will stay at this hotel again next time I’m visiting!
