Super friendly. Super good food. Nice little mom and pop spot to grab a quick bite for lunch. Very fast!... very fresh. Food was excellent!!! Little pricey but hey it's 2024 so 🤷... I would definitely say the food was excellent and I will definitely be back!

I work in the area but have never been to Munch A Lunch previously. The people and atmosphere are super friendly and helpful. Im a salad and sandwich gal so they have an awesome menu! I tried the grilled Chicken and it was amazing!! So delicious! I didn’t have to wait long at all. I can’t wait to go back and try each sandwich. The price was pretty reasonable. I will definitely be back. So happy I found this five star lunch spot!
