こちら湯浅さんはとっても落ち着いた雰囲気のあるお店になります
カウンター席　個室席とありますので接待や特別な日にも使えるとても素敵なお店と思います。
お料理はコースになってますので一品ずつちょうど良い量を提供して頂けますがかなり満足感もあります
目でも楽しめとても美味しいお店と感じます。

美味しいお料理　美味しいお酒と楽しい時間でした。

毎回一人当たりの予算は参考にならないと思います。
お酒もボトルで頂く事が多いいので

こちら湯浅さんは銀座に比較的近い新富町駅直ぐにあるお店です。
コース料理もおまかせコースから
ふかひれのコース　蟹のコース等いくつかあります。
どのコースも銀座でいただいたらこちらで提供していただいてる金額では頂けないと思います。
気軽に中華をいただく金額とはちょっと違うかもしれませんがそれ以上に
食材にこだわりとても美味しいお料理を提供して頂けるお店です。

お値段的にもおまかせコースからこちら湯浅さんの中華を堪能していただくのもとても良いかと思います。

This Yuasa-san is a shop with a very calm atmosphere.
There are counter seats and private room seats, so I think this is a very nice restaurant that can be used for entertaining or special occasions.
The meals are served in courses, so you can have just the right amount of each item, but it's also quite satisfying.
I feel that it is a very delicious restaurant that can be enjoyed with the eyes.

It was delicious food, delicious drinks, and a fun time.

I don't think the budget per person is helpful every time.

This is Yuasa-san, a shop located right next to Shintomicho Station, which is relatively close to Ginza.
Course meals also include omakase courses.
There are several courses such as shark fin course and crab course.
If you had any of the courses in Ginza, I don't think you would be able to get them for the price offered here.
It may be a little different from the price you would pay for casual Chinese food, but it's more than that.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.

新富町の3番出口から徒歩15秒くらいのところにある中華料理のお店。
お店自体は4,5年前くらいからある気がするけど、ちょっと前にリニューアルしたとのことで気になって行ってみました。

平日の夜に予約して訪問。

カウンター5,6席と個室もあります。
カウンターはかなりこぢんまりしていてこの日は４席だったけどその空間のサイズ感が特別感あってとても良かったです。
4-6人で貸切会とかしたら楽しそう。

コースはおまかせコースで18,000円
7品と、締めは4種類から選べます。最後にデザート2種類。
しめはビーフジャーキー、肉まん、九条ネギそば、ホタテのチャーハンから選べました。

くろむつが鉄観音茶で燻製されていたり、フカヒレをもちもちのクレープで包んで食べたりとオリジナリティ溢れるところもあるけど、どれもしっかり美味しく着地していてすごいです。

メインの黒酢酢豚は梅山豚のデカい塊を濃厚な黒酢ソースでいただきます。酸味しっかりで好きでした。

締めは、チャーハンとそばとビーフジャーキーをいただきました。
ビーフジャーキーはもうそんなに食べられないヨォという方のためにおつまみとしてあるらしい。

中華も高騰しているなかでこの料理でこのお値段はかなりお値打ちな方だと思います。

シェフも良い方で、これからもっと人気になっていきそう。

A Chinese restaurant located about 15 seconds walk from Exit 3 of Shintomicho.
I think the store itself has been around for about 4 or 5 years, but I heard that it had been renovated a while ago, so I was curious and decided to go there.

I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night.

There are 5 or 6 counter seats and private rooms.
The counter was quite small and there were only 4 seats on this day, but the size of the space made it feel special and it was very nice.
It would be fun to have a private party with 4-6 people.

The omakase course is 18,000 yen.
You can choose from 7 items and 4 types of tightening. Finally, two types of desserts.
For the end, you could choose from beef jerky, meat buns, Kujo green onion soba, and scallop fried rice.

Some of the dishes are full of originality, such as Kuromutsu smoked with Tetsukannon tea and shark fin wrapped in a chewy crepe, but all of them are delicious and amazing.

The main course, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, is a large chunk of Meishan pork served in a rich black vinegar sauce. I liked the strong acidity.

To finish off our meal, we had fried rice, soba noodles, and beef jerky.
Apparently beef jerky is a snack for people who can't eat that much anymore.

I think the price for this dish is quite good value even though Chinese food prices are soaring.

The chef is also very good, and I think this restaurant will become even more popular in the future.

季節のおまかせコースを予約済。
季節の食材をふんだんに使ったコースに、
食事とデザートは選ぶスタイル。
珍しいのが、デザートの代わりにつまみを頼むことが出来る。
食事は『蟹肉とトウモロコシの炒飯』
マンゴープリンが個人的に余り好きではないので、
今回のつまみの『自家製コンビーフ』に。

まずはいきなり、『三陸鮑の肝和え』
うまくない訳なし、身厚に切った鮑と肝がナイスマッチ。

よだれ鶏も珍しい輪切りカット。
目新しい食感と、タレも絶妙。名物かな？

フカヒレと絹笠茸の贅沢スープも安定ウマシ。

黒酢酢豚についていた、
これまた珍しいラズベリーの蒸しパンがいい。
濃厚な黒酢ソースの後、
これ又ほんのり酸味のあるラズベリー蒸しパンでソースをつけるのがいい。

なんか色々原価が掛かってそうだなぁ、
料理長の食へのこだわりを感じるコース、
美味しかった、ご馳走様でした～♬
