目黒から白金台の方に歩いて徒歩6,7分くらい、首都高の下くぐってすぐくらいのところにあるビルの2階にあるひっそりと隠れ家なお寿司屋さん。
木金土曜日しか営業していないのに加えて席は6席しかなく、1日2組までだけなので訪問できる人数はかなり限られています。
それでも新規の人もちょこちょこ来るみたい。

この日は平日の夜に予約して伺いました。

店内はお寿司屋さんなので和のテイストなのですが、どこかレトロな洋を感じるかなり不思議なテイスト。
椅子がイギリス式で鹿鳴館にあるものと同じらしい。
独特な空間ですがめっちゃオシャレです。

割とゆったりした空間、そこに2組だけなのでかなりゆとりがあってくつろげます。

コースはだいたい3万円くらいかな？
最初に筋子が出てきましたが、つまみなはく、握りのみのコースです。
握り14カンと、あと追加ネタから追加もできるので白エビだけ追加しました。
ボリュームとしては少々割高かもですが、その価値のあるお寿司たちでした。

ネタはピンピンで、かつ丁寧に仕事がされていてサクの状態での美しさがすごいです。
そこから赤酢を効かせたシャリで握られたお寿司は江戸前の歴史を感じさせるオーソドックスなカッコいいお寿司。
シャリがとてもスッキリしてます。
大きさは少々小さめ。

厚みがあったり、ネタが結構食感を残してくれているものが多く、それに対してシャリもしっかり握られていて一体感があります。

全部素晴らしく美味しかったですが、蝦蛄のふんわりとした食感と蝦蛄から作ったという香ばしいツメの組み合わせが印象に残ってます。

派手さはないけど、久々にカッコいいお寿司食べた。

お酒は3杯まで、昔ながらの本格江戸前握りということで港区っぽい人たちにはささらなさそうだし好みは分かれるのかもしれないけど味のあるお店です。

This is a secluded sushi restaurant located on the second floor of a building, about 6 or 7 minutes walk from Meguro towards Shirokanedai, just under the Shuto Expressway.
In addition to being only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, there are only 6 seats and only 2 groups per day, so the number of people who can visit is quite limited.
Still, new people seem to be coming here and there.

On this day, I made a reservation for a weekday night.

The inside of the restaurant is a sushi restaurant, so it has a Japanese feel, but it has a rather strange taste with a retro Western feel.
The chairs are British style and seem to be the same as the ones at Rokumeikan.
It's a unique space, but it's very stylish.

It's a relatively spacious space, and since there are only two groups there, there's plenty of space and you can relax.

The course is about 30,000 yen.
The sujiko first came out, but it was only a snack and nigiri course.
There are 14 pieces of nigiri, and since you can add additional ingredients, I only added white shrimp.
It may be a little pricey for the quantity, but the sushi was worth it.

The material is exquisite, the work is done carefully, and the beauty in its raw state is amazing.
The sushi is then made using sushi rice seasoned with red vinegar, making it an orthodox and cool sushi that gives you a sense of Edomae history.
Shari is very refreshing.
The size is a little small.

Many of the dishes are thick and the toppings have a good texture, and the sushi is held tightly to give it a sense of unity.

Everything was wonderful and delicious, but the combination of the fluffy texture of the shrimp and the fragrant claws made from shrimp left an impression on me.

It's not fancy, but it's been a long time since I ate cool sushi.

They only serve up to 3 drinks, and serve traditional, authentic Edomae nigiri, so it doesn't seem to appeal to the Minato-area crowd, and tastes may vary, but it's a restaurant with a lot of flavor.

THE鮨屋、色々な鮨屋がつまみなどでお茶を濁す(勿論美味しいところも多いけど)なかにぎりで勝負！感が凄い。
そしてその通りどれもネタ、仕事、シャリが一流。お値段するのが玉に瑕ですがそれは最早当然でしょう。

平日の夜に伺いました。完全予約制で、６席の落ち着いた空間です。お寿司の味を楽しむために、アルコールは３杯程度までとなっています。それ以上頼むと、大将から丁重に止められます。お通しから最後の玉子焼きまで、大変良質で満足しています。

I visited on a weekday night. Reservations are required, and this is a relaxing space with 6 seats. To enjoy the taste of sushi, you are limited to 3 glasses of alcohol. If you ask for more than that, the general will politely stop you. From the appetizer to the final egg roll, I was very satisfied with the quality of the food.
