3回ほど伺いました。シェフ・スタッフの人柄もあいまって、東京で一番好きなお店です。
季節に合わせた料理は味も見た目も楽しく、ワインも種類豊富かつ幅があります。お皿もカラフルな焼き物で素敵です。
また予約できるよう月初の予約電話祭りがんばります。
(電話は数百回かけても繋がらないときもあります…根気強くかけ続けましょう)

I visited about 3 times. This is my favorite restaurant in Tokyo, along with the personality of the chef and staff.
The seasonal dishes are pleasing in taste and appearance, and the wine selection is rich and varied. The plates are also colorful and lovely.
I will do my best to make reservations again at the beginning of each month.
(There are times when you can't connect even after making hundreds of calls...just keep calling patiently.)

This is a shop located in the Satake shopping district.
I've been curious about it since it first opened and finally decided to visit!

On this day, I received a course for 11,000 yen.

From the first item, the taste is irresistible.
The surrounding area has a crunchy texture like a thin spring roll.
The shrimp inside are plump and sweet!

Milky milk with a slightly salty aftertaste and delicious
Moreover, it melts in your mouth smoothly!

You can feel the flavor and richness of the chicken directly!
The piping hot Shirako has just the right amount of pepper and tastes sweeter.

The whole thing is sweet, but not at all boring.
The rich sweetness is complemented by the sourness of the sauce!

The sea bream is plump and elastic, with a layer of soft mousse on top.
Best of all, the sauce has a faint peppery spiciness and is delicious.

店内広くはないが落ち着いたBGMが流れる中、マダムの素敵な笑顔と気配り、お料理と器やカラトリー全てがシェフのこだわりがいっぱい。特に自家製バターの美味しさ、ぜひお土産で販売してほしい。一部素材やパンなどフランスから仕入れており、野菜やハーブも珍しいものがあり、見た目も食感も楽しめる。人気店ゆえ常連さんさえなかなか予約が取れないのが残念。頑張って予約する価値あり。

The store is not large, but with calming background music playing, the madam's lovely smile and attentiveness, and the chef's attention to detail on all the dishes, utensils, and cutlery. Especially the deliciousness of the homemade butter, I would like to sell it as a souvenir. Some of the ingredients and bread are purchased from France, and the vegetables and herbs are also rare, so you can enjoy both the look and the texture. Unfortunately, it's a popular restaurant, so even regulars have trouble getting reservations. It's worth the effort to make a reservation.
