Most enjoyable activity in my 4 days in Seoul, walked the Naksan trail. Very relaxing, beautiful scenery with the old walls and the modern city as the backdrop along with hils and mountains. The trees along the pathway would look especially stunning in Autumn. Walked the section on a Saturday morning, was pleasantly surprised at how few people were out, it was -3 deg C though.

Partially reconstructed nice city wall going back to the 13th century. Be aware it‘s a steady and ascending walk, but you‘ll find plenty places you can rest. Especially when it’s warm. But views are stunning, especially on the top of the hill.

There are few others walls around Seoul. I planned this route after DDP and other shopping mall before going to Ihwal street painting. You can experience the trip and have a chance to have a full view of east side of Seoul but there much to do along the way

I really like sitting there by the wall and looking down to street.  It makes a mixture of history and present!
