This is a nice exhibit to understand the foundational architecture of living areas during the Jeoson Era.  It can be completed in 30 min if you are quickly moving. Has a VR exhibit to take umyou inside a completed building. Recommend if you are in a he area. Access is from street level escalator to floor B1 below the main building.

stumbled upon this excellent showcase of important historical ceramics and archaeology discovered only a few years ago. reminds me how important this land and country is!

let’s keep preserving and telling the story of korea’s powerfully unique history. so well presented and organized with interactive moments like a hanbok costume to immersive yourself in that time. truly impressive thoughtful elements. and it’s free!

recommend to visitors and locals alike to understand more about seoul’s special history! everyone can learn something new and be prouder to know this place.

Gongpyeong Historic Sites Museum is located at metropolis building which is just next to jungno tower. This is meseum gives you a glimpse into Seoul many years ago and you get to the level of development that Seoul had undergone from a third world country to modern Seoul. The level of transformation is pretty amazing. Entrance is free and definitely worth a visit
