Everything we had here was fantastic! Their famous Cordon bleu is worth the hype. My beef stew was incredibly rich and tender. Fantastic frites. All of this in a lovely quaint setting. Good bourbon available as well really put this place over the top in my book. You don’t always see that abroad.

Everything was wonderful. The servers were friendly, fun, and helpful. The food was delicious. We had the perfect Paris bistro experience that we cannot have at home! See you soon!

Although the ambience is nice and the service good…go eat somewhere else for half the price and better food! The most absurd price was for the St.Jacques:42€ for 4 pieces, chewy and with a sauce that was way too sweet. Although of course you shouldn’t come here to eat fish, if an item is the most expensive on the menu the quality can’t be this low. Other dishes fine, but literally worse than everything else we ate in Paris

It was such a treat to end our day with Bistrot Des Tournelles. The vibe, the staff and the food were all amazing.

The beef stew Provençal was the clear favorite in our table and was quickly devoured by adults and kids (probably should’ve ordered one more). I personally loved the fillet au poivre, perfectly cooked steak bathed in a rich pepper sauce. The asparagus ravioli was a surprise, never had asparagus come off so strong (in a good way) and the hazelnuts complemented them perfectly. The chicken with oyster mushrooms in jus was great too, I couldn’t stop eating the mushrooms. I had a bite of the strawberry in chantilly cream before the kiddos made quick work out of the dessert.

Shout out to the staff who were super friendly and accommodating to our large group as well. Dining in a French bistro with kids is a little intimidating for us but they made sure we were comfortable and at ease.

This is a strong recommend and I would consider coming back if we find our way in Paris again.

A perfect French bistro. A small restaurant with a small menu, however everything is excellent. The ravioli, steak au poivre and fries were delicious but the highlight of the night was the profiterole with hot chocolate sauce.
